They seemed great when they were taking my money, but fast forward some years when you have questions they do not have any time for you. I have called and left messages many times always with assurances someone will call me back and they never do. Sure would be nice to figure out if there is anything I could do about these pieces that keep falling off.
My HOA sent them to my home for a roof repair. Two technician showed up and looked at the damage. They told me that they will need to go back and make a separate proposal because the frame underneath is water damaged. They could only temporarily patch the damage area. So they removed and replaced two pieces of shingles to cover up the damage which took about 30 minutes, and they went on their way. Later on my HOA send me the invoice, and it came out to be $800 for the inspection and repair, what..? I was shocked because there was no inspection done to the roof, I pointed them straight to the damage, and they even reused the old rusted nails for the temporary repair. I was even more shocked that my HOA seems fine about this when I talked to them. I guess they work with HOAs for a reason, and their hourly rate is $800 lol. What a rip off, please don't work with this company.
