Blake Roofing

Blake Roofing was great to work with for our roof, gutters, and downspouts after storm damage. Luis took time to explain the insurance claim process step by step, which made everything much easier since I had never handled a homeowner claim before. He stayed in touch, answered questions fast, and was always easy to reach when we needed updates. The whole roofing job was organized well, and he also coordinated smoothly with the gutter team we wanted to use. The work was handled professionally, and we felt confident from start to finish. I would gladly work with them again and feel good knowing we can count on Luis if we ever need roofing help in the future.

Javier and his crew did an excellent job. We first thought we needed a simple skylight replacement, but it turned out to be a roof window, which is much less common and needed a special order. What seemed like a short roofing job became a more detailed installation that took extra time and care. Even with the added work, the team stayed focused, came back promptly to complete everything, and made sure the roof window was installed the right way. Javier was great about checking every detail and making sure the installation was fully finished and working properly. He also took the time to install the blind and screen so everything was complete and ready to use. It was a unique project, but the crew handled it with skill and professionalism from start to finish. We really appreciated their hard work, communication, and commitment to quality roofing service. Highly recommend, and we would gladly use them again for future roofing and skylight work.

After a period of strong wind and heavy rain in San Francisco, many homes nearby needed major roof repairs or full roof replacement. Our home came through with no roof damage at all, which says a lot about the quality of the metal roofing work. We are extremely happy with our new roof and the whole roofing experience. This roofing company was professional from start to finish and delivered excellent workmanship. Theodore and Javier were easy to reach, answered our questions quickly, and stayed involved throughout the project. They checked in often, made sure everything was done right, and clearly cared about customer satisfaction. We had asked about added roof reinforcement, but once the crew inspected the structure, they found some of that support was already in place and adjusted the contract fairly. That honesty really stood out to us. The roofing crew also kept the job site very clean every day, including using magnets to pick up loose nails around the house. Everyone involved, from management to the installers, showed real pride in their roofing work. The metal roof looks great, feels solid, and has given us a lot of confidence in the protection of our home. We highly recommend this team to anyone in San Francisco looking for a reliable roofer, roof replacement, or high-quality metal roofing service.

no one wants to hear that their roof needs to be replaced. when i first heard that, i worried i was being pushed into a big roofing job i did not fully understand. but when javier inspected the roof, it was clear he knew exactly what he was looking at. he did not need much time to spot the worn shingles and the signs that the roof system was at the end of its life. at first, i hoped he was wrong because a full roof replacement is a major expense. still, javier took the time to explain the condition of the roof in simple terms and showed how the problem could grow into bigger leaks and more costly damage if it was ignored. what stood out most was that he kept my family’s budget in mind and offered practical roofing solutions that protected the home without cutting corners on quality. when it was time for the reroof, i expected the process to be loud, messy, and drawn out. instead, the roofing crew arrived early, worked hard all day, and completed the job quickly with excellent results. the new roof looks great, the workmanship is solid, and everything feels much more secure, especially under strong sun and changing weather. i also appreciated that the crew handled the property with care and did a thorough cleanup after the installation. a roofing project always comes with some debris during the process, but they made sure the yard, driveway, and work areas were left in very good shape. the whole experience was far smoother than i expected. if you need a new roof and feel nervous about the inspection, the price, or the work itself, this roofing team makes the process much easier. they are honest, skilled, efficient, and focused on doing the job right. it gave me real peace of mind knowing my home now has a dependable roof built to last.

as an older single woman who needed roof work, i felt overwhelmed and did not know where to start. i called several roofing companies, but blake roofing stood out as the most thorough and trustworthy. javier helped me feel comfortable right away while inspecting the roof, attic, and ventilation. he explained that a previous owner had painted over black mold in the attic, which had blocked the vents and stopped proper airflow. once that problem was fixed and the ventilation was working correctly, the roof project could move forward the right way. javier walked me through every step in simple terms and made sure i understood the roofing process, repairs, and materials. he also pointed out that my skylights were old and cracked, so those were replaced as part of the job, which was a big help. the crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the full roofing job in just two days. they cleaned up carefully after each day and were professional, respectful, and kind the whole time. the pricing was very fair compared with the other estimates i received. i would absolutely recommend them to anyone in san francisco who needs roofing, attic ventilation, or skylight work. they truly went above and beyond.
