Bodas Construction recently remodeled my bathroom. They did an excellent job, from demolition through construction, to the final walk-through, everything was professional and well-planned. Coordination and communication was very well managed. They paid great attention to detail. While they were working on the remodel they went above and beyond that project and helped me out during an unrelated plumbing emergency. They immediately jumped right in and took care of everything. It was such a relieve to have their support. The bathroom turned out beautifully, and I greatly enjoy it. I can highly recommend Bryan Bodas and his team.
We recently completed a full kitchen remodel with Bodas Construction, and we can’t speak highly enough about Bryan and his team (special thanks to Eladio, Sal, Jose, Genaro, Luis, Lucas with apologies if we’ve missed or misspelled any names!). From demolition to final walkthrough, the experience was seamless, professional, and stress-free thanks to their exceptional attention to detail. When we started planning, many of our friends related horror stories about unexpected dellays with their remodeling projects. We settled into reliving our camping days with the improvised kitchen in our backyard and were prepared for many months of overruns. However, we never faced this issue (much to our friends' envy). Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Every update, change, and decision was clearly and promptly communicated, making it easy for us to stay informed about the progress. We always felt that our concerns were heard and addressed even when we decided to add a separate bathroom upgrade that wasn’t in the original scope. Our project was impressively organized from coordinating trades to managing the timing of materials and appliance deliveries. The timeline we were given was realistic and well managed, and they stayed on schedule without ever compromising on quality. What really stood out was Bryan’s responsiveness to the few (minor) issues that did arise nearer the end, which is to be expected in any remodel. Each one was handled quickly and professionally, often before we even had to bring it up. Our new kitchen is not only beautiful, but also highly functional, thanks to the expert planning and execution of Bryan and his crew. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bryan Bodas and his team to anyone considering a remodel or new construction project.
