We recently had a new roof installed on our home and attached in-law unit in Moraga. Bravix Noll Roofers gave us excellent service from start to finish. jaime, who handled the phone calls, was always courteous and helpful. justin and wyatt were professional, organized, and easy to work with throughout the roofing project. As the old roof was removed and the new shingles were installed, the crew took real care to protect the yard, driveway, and nearby areas, and they kept the job site clean each day. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the roof replacement quickly without cutting corners. We really love the final look of our new roof, and i highly recommend their roofing services for anyone needing quality shingle work and dependable roofers.
It was a great experience working with company: Bravix Noll Roofers. After speaking with a few roofing contractors in Moraga and feeling let down, I reached out for help with my roof replacement and claim. The whole team was far more professional than the average roofer, and the process felt clear from the start. I worked with Micah as my sales contact, and I really appreciated how much support he gave while dealing with the insurance company. He understood the roofing claim process well, explained each step in simple terms, and made sure everything was handled the right way so our claim was paid fairly. He stayed involved through the entire project and made us feel supported from inspection to final cleanup. The roof work was completed quickly and efficiently, and the crew showed real care for the property while replacing the shingles and finishing the job. The owners were also on site during the project, which gave us extra confidence that the workmanship, communication, and customer service all mattered. Everyone was kind, responsive, and easy to work with. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair, roof replacement, or help navigating an insurance roofing claim. I honestly wish more roofing companies worked with this level of care, honesty, and professionalism. Ten stars if I could give them.
From start to finish, my experience with Bravix Noll Roofers was excellent. When I first reached out, Justin handled the sales part and took the time to really listen to my needs while clearly explaining each step of their roofing process. The estimate I got was detailed, so I knew exactly what work would be done and what materials would be used. After I agreed to the project, Ashton and Micah in the office were very helpful in answering my questions about the different roofing materials and their warranties. We set up the installation for a few weeks later. When the crew showed up, they got straight to work and finished my new roof in just two days. Everyone on the team was polite, hardworking, and seemed to be true professionals who knew their craft well. They made sure to clean up thoroughly, sweeping for nails and debris after the job. During the installation, they noticed a few sections of the roof decking that needed to be replaced due to some warping. They kept me updated and replaced the plywood at a very fair price. I also saw the crew manager taking extra care with the flashing, redoing it to make sure it met his high standards, and showing the rest of the crew how to do it right. The finished result looked fantastic. A couple of days later, another team came by to install new gutters for me since the old ones were too small. The gutter installation was perfect and completed quickly. Overall, I highly recommend this company for anyone needing roofing or gutter work. Their quality, attention to detail, and customer service are outstanding.
After a large tree damaged our roof and part of the house, we contacted Bravix Noll Roofers for the repair work. Ashton was the rep who came out, and he clearly explained the roof repairs, structural work, and shingle replacement that were needed. He was friendly, professional, and easy to talk with, which made the whole roofing process much less stressful. The crew that handled the framing repairs and installed the new shingles was also professional and hardworking. They paid close attention to the roof system, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was completed with care. The cleanup was excellent too, and they left the yard and work area neat when the job was finished. Micah in the office was also very helpful. She responded quickly to our questions, kept us updated, and made scheduling and communication smooth from start to finish. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would gladly recommend them to friends and family for roofing and related repair services.
Bravix Noll Roofers just replaced my storm-damaged roof here in Moraga, and it looks amazing. I highly recommend them for several reasons. It was clear right away that they really care about their roofing work and their customers. I appreciated how well they communicated through every step of the project and kept me informed from tear-off to final cleanup. My home also has a flat roof section that I had neglected for a long time. They removed the damaged areas, replaced the rotted roof decking with new wood, and finished it with Mod Bit roofing. It was easy to see they know how to solve problems and handle detailed roof repairs the right way. Micah worked directly with the insurance adjuster so everything was properly covered and there were no surprises. The job was finished on time, the cleanup was excellent, and even the replaced gutter guards look great. With this new roof system, better materials, and solid workmanship, the whole house looks better and feels well protected. I will definitely stay on top of roof maintenance now because the finished result truly stands out.
