Have had wonderful work done by C&J roofing company. Could not find one around who could come out quickly, if at all, before I found this company. Since asking them to check on some loose tiles last year and getting those fixed as soon as contract was signed, I have peace of mind as to whom I can turn to when I have issues with my roof now. Good to know they will do gutter replacement from previous review. Most recent work was for a leak and we had Javier come out to fix that, too, in between the heavy rains recently. So far, garage ceiling has been dry, Javier. Thank you! Thank you to Paul and Yvonne as well for always being quick to respond!
I recently purchased a home that C&J had done a roof replacement on prior to me purchasing the home. There were a few issues that I called them about. Everyone was super friendly and the issue was fixed next day under warranty. I am so impressed, super happy. #LifeLongCustomer
My insurance company referred me to this company. Their number never have anyone pickup the call. As soon as I called, it gets transferred to the an "answering service". Called them two days and left messages. 4 days later, still no one get back to me. The worst business operation I have ever seen in the world. Never ever try them again.
Do NOT choose him. Per him, he is EXTREMELY BUSY. He did our roof 4 years ago with the previous owner. We have significant LEAKING this year. We had our agent/ seller call him for 10 days, always delayed. The roofer is very RUDE. Still didn't come. He advised us to check stucco and blamed that this is a Stucco problem. We did pay the Stucco specialist $250 for service. However, the Stucco person said that yes, some is from Stucco leaking.Some leaking is from ROOF. They advised us to find another roofer since he is TOO BUSY. We did get another ROOFER for $500 who said that this needs to be fixed by whoever installed it since it should be under the WARRANTY. SO FAR, he still DID NOT COME. We ONLY WANT him to ASSESS the Leaking and REPAIR. We EVEN AGREED TO PAY THE REPAIR EVEN THE ROOF WAS 4 YEAR OLD. If YOU WANT UNHAPPY EXPERIENCE, then hire him. OTHERWISE, FIND OTHER ROOFER. I'll update here WHEN HE COMES.
very poor customer service. I wouldn't waste your time. They can't guarantee their work and the secretary has very poor people skills
