This place is pretty terrible. I spent about 8k on some shake. It was special order, and they acted like I was some homeless guy who was sleeping on their driveway. I went in to order some specialty shake, and I needed a lot of it. For the first three times they kept passing me to someone else. Finally I got the manager, and was able to place my order. It took me another two weeks to know if it was even placed. And then the date they gave me for my order was of by 5 weeks. In late June I had received my quote, a week later I was trying to place my order. But it wasn’t placed until probably four weeks later. I was able to place my order and they gave me the run around on my delivery date. Finally received my shingles in October. I literally could have driven to Seattle ordered my shake and drove home with less hassle and less time. This place is garbage. I order millions of dollars worth of roofing supplies from ABC Supply and Pacific Supply and my orders are always taken care of. And my communication is seamless. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS place. Hope they see this, and realize what a blank show they are running…
Racists. Was refilling a propane tank as I normally do. Went inside their office to pay for the propane and a lady in the back asked how they can help. I told them I was paying for propane and another man comes out to ring me up. I hear the lady in the back talking with the others and call me a “chinito” and I was shocked and glared at her. I am KOREAN by the way…. I was contemplating calling her out about it and causing a scene but decided to be the better person. Please have this employee trained better on respect and manners. She was the lady sitting in the back. Really disrespectful and racist behavior. Not okay.
