Carl & Sons Roofing & Remodeling LLC

It was hard to know where to start, but the whole roofing process turned out to be smooth and easy. We scheduled a roof inspection to discuss repair or full replacement for our badly worn roof, and Donald came out to walk us through everything. He explained our roofing options clearly, including shingle and metal roofing, and answered all of our questions in a simple and helpful way. Donald was very knowledgeable about roofing materials, ventilation, fascia, and soffit work, and he gave us the details we needed to make the right choice for our home. He also shared photos of roof color options and even offered sample materials so we could better picture the finished look in the bright California sun. That extra effort made a big difference and helped us feel confident about our decision. The scheduling was handled very well from start to finish. Roofing materials were delivered exactly when promised, and when our timeline changed, Donald quickly adjusted the installation schedule. Once we gave the go-ahead, the crew got started right away. In just a few days, we had a beautiful new roof along with new fascia and soffit, and the workmanship looked excellent. The cleanup was also impressive. The crew left the property neat and tidy, and if not for the great-looking new roof, you would hardly know they had been there. Throughout the project, Donald was professional, reliable, and easy to work with. We have worked with other roofing contractors before for both home and commercial properties, and this was by far one of the best experiences we have had. We would gladly use this roofing company again for future roofing needs. If you need roof replacement, roof repair, or related exterior work, this team is well worth it.

I was concerned about the condition of my roof because the shingles were getting older, so I called company: Carl & Sons Roofing & Remodeling Llc. A few days later, Donald came out to inspect everything. He said the shingles were still in decent shape overall, but he recommended replacing the vent pipe boots because the rubber had clear age cracks. He also pointed out that the chimney flashing needed fresh sealant and noticed a few small cracks on the chimney that should be addressed before they became bigger issues. He handled the repairs quickly and did quality work. He also took care of some small branches and leaves that had collected on the roof, and made sure the downspouts were draining properly. That extra cleanup was especially helpful with the dry local conditions in Camino Real Belmont, where roof debris can build up fast and affect drainage. Donald was friendly, easy to talk to, and professional from start to finish. Everything was completed neatly, on time, and at a fair price. I am very happy with the roofing service and would highly recommend them.

I recently had my two-story roof replaced, and the whole experience was great. My roof was very old and had a major leak that we were told had already been repaired before we bought the house. Before signing the contract, I spoke with Kingston and asked if they could handle the leak right away or at least put up a tarp. Instead, a roofer came out early the next morning and fixed the leak immediately. When the crew checked the problem area, they found that someone had tried to repair it before, but the patch was done in the wrong spot. That explained why the leak had never truly been solved. I really appreciated how clearly they explained the issue and showed real roofing knowledge. The paperwork took the longest part of the process, but once everything was approved, the roofing job moved fast. After a few rainy days passed, the crew got to work and finished the roof quickly. The project was completed and approved without delay. The team was professional, dependable, and easy to work with from start to finish. They responded quickly, communicated well, and delivered solid workmanship on the roof repair and replacement. I highly recommend them to anyone in Camino Real Belmont who needs roofing service. Fast, reliable, and very skilled roofers.

I hired a roofing crew to replace my roof, gutters, and shutters, and the whole job went smoothly from the first estimate to the final cleanup. The quote was fair and competitive, and the roofing materials and overall plan helped me make my decision. They kept me updated on the progress of the project and let me know right away if there were any schedule changes. The work area stayed neat and organized each day, and the crew was careful not to disrupt the tenants while working on site. They were also very flexible with my schedule when it came to picking up and dropping off payments, which made the process even easier. In the California weather, it was great to work with a team that understood how important a solid roof and proper gutter system are for long-term protection. I highly recommend them for roofing work. It was an excellent experience from start to finish.

We hired them for a full roof and gutter replacement after storm damage, and the whole roofing job went very smoothly. They were great to work with from start to finish, and we are very glad we chose them. They helped us through the insurance claim after a tree branch damaged the roof, and they made the process much easier to understand. Partway through the project, the main contact we had moved on, but miles was assigned right away and the transition was seamless. Even though the insurance review took a long time, the team stayed on top of it, followed up often, and kept us updated through every step. They were always quick to return calls and emails, which made a big difference. They explained the scope of the roofing work clearly, went over material and gutter options, and gave honest feedback so we could make the best choice for our home. They also worked with us when we needed to make changes after signing, including adding skylight replacements and removing gutter guards. jack and the crew were professional, patient, and easy to work with the entire time. The roof installation and gutter work were clean, organized, and efficient, and the finished result looks excellent. In a warm climate where a strong, dependable roof really matters, it was reassuring to have a contractor we could trust. i appreciated how simple they made a big project feel, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing and gutter services.
