The Worst! I had a flat tar & gravel roof- very small square shaped house. They removed my skylights and proceeded to break one of them when re-installing- and never mentioned it to me. They disconnected and tarred over my outdoor light- rendering it useless. And, shattered the big bulb from that light leaving glass all over my yard and didn't clean it up. Also- never mentioned it to me. The work was done in the summer and it was super hot. I provided lemonade, water and snacks for their crew and even stupidly tipped the foreman (Ryan? not sure of name). There was an unseasonal rain a few weeks later before they had applied the final coat of whatever material they use. It was clear that water was pooling in areas that were not going to drain. They looked at it, did some hasty repair and left it. Then the real rains came. And, guess what? My new roof leaked! I had a big leak on my child's bed. It hadn't leaked before they replaced it. They "repaired" it- except that the leak never went away. I had another company try to repair it. In the end I got an entire new roof by another company. Cascade was a nightmare and the owner and his son did not stand behind their work. AVOID!!!
Installed a new roof in 2016 with a 10 year guarantee. Leaked in 2019 during heavy rains and Cascade never returned calls or texts. Had to hire another company, which showed me, while making emergency repairs, why the initial installation was incorrect, causing the subsequent leak. So the installation was unprofessional and the guarantee was worthless.
If you have a leak, this guy can find and fix it! We had a recurring problem for several years that our contractor could not nail down. Cascade did it... and for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
They just did a re-roof on our home in Greenbrae and we're very pleased. They cleaned up beautifully each day, were on time and on budget.
USED THE CASCADE IN PORTLAND AND TRIED TO CANCEL REVIEW HERE BUT WOULN'T LET ME. THE CASCADE ROOFING IN PORTLAND IS TERRIFIC. DON'T KNOW ABOUT THIS COMPANY.
