Concord Roofing

I want to thank Concord Roofing and the crew for making my roof replacement such a smooth experience. As a single parent, i was really worried about choosing an honest, dependable roofing company and understanding the whole process. patrick made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to walk me through every step. He answered all of my many questions, explained the roofing work more than once in simple terms, and made sure i understood the insurance claim details clearly. I also appreciated being able to get help whenever i needed it. sebastian was kind, professional, and very patient, and the communication stayed strong from the first inspection to the final cleanup. When the shingles and roofing materials arrived, he checked in to make sure everything looked right and asked if i had any concerns. isaiah was the on-site contact, which gave me extra peace of mind in case i had questions before the owner arrived. The roofing crew did exactly what was promised. They worked hard, stayed professional, protected the property, and cleaned up well after the job was done. The whole roof installation felt organized, honest, and stress-free. I am very happy with the quality of the new roof and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

I found Concord Roofing through Thumbtack while looking for a reliable and qualified roofer. The whole process of choosing the right roofing contractor felt overwhelming at first, and I met with several roofing companies before making my decision. Some estimates came in higher and some were lower, but what stood out most was the clear communication and honesty throughout the inspection and quote process. Sebastian explained how some contractors lower their price by cutting corners on important roofing components, not just the shingles but also the underlayment, flashing, vents, and other roof accessories that help the whole system last longer. The estimate was detailed and easy to understand, with each part of the roof replacement clearly listed. That gave me confidence that nothing important was being skipped. It was also clear that Sebastian knows roofing very well and takes real pride in the trade. I could tell there was strong knowledge of current roofing methods, materials, and best practices, which made a big difference when comparing options. During the project, he was onsite for most of the key parts of the roof replacement, and the crew was professional, respectful, and worked efficiently. They kept the job moving smoothly and made sure the work area stayed organized. In the end, I feel I made the right choice. The new roof looks great, the workmanship feels solid, and the entire experience was handled with care and professionalism. I would highly recommend them for any roofing repair or roof replacement needs.

One morning I noticed a roof leak getting into the house, and with more rain coming later that day, I called for help right away. Ernest arrived quickly, inspected both the attic and the roof, and showed me clear photos so I could see that the water was coming from a worn plumbing boot. He repaired the leak right then and even cleared leaves out of the gutters while he was up on the roof. That was all done before we even talked about a full roof replacement estimate. After the repair, Ernest explained that the roofing system was in very rough condition and that a new roof would be the best long-term fix. Since the roof was already very old, his recommendation made sense. He was professional, easy to talk to, and very informative about the roofing materials, the problem areas, and the replacement process. There was no pressure at all, and the price for the new roof was very fair. The roofing crew came out soon after and did excellent work from start to finish. They protected the yard and landscaping, kept the job site organized, cleaned up all the old roofing debris, and answered every question I had along the way. The whole experience was smooth, honest, and stress-free. I highly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing roof repair, new shingles, flashing work, or a full roof replacement. Ask for Ernest.

We needed a new roof, so I called a roofing company again, and they went above and beyond. They quickly patched the leaking area to stop the water intrusion until the full roof repair could be scheduled, and the follow-up work was completed fast using solid roofing materials. The timing was only held up on my side because of insurance, but the whole process was easy and well managed. Overall, it was a great roofing experience. After buying our home, we found out during a heavy rain that the bedroom skylights had major leaks. The house also had no gutters, and there were a few old satellite dishes still attached to the roof. It was a huge help to have the same roofer take care of the roof leak, skylight issues, gutter installation, and roof cleanup all at once. From the first inspection and estimate to the crew working on-site, everything went smoothly. The team was professional, skilled, and easy to work with. They explained the roofing work clearly, responded quickly, and made sure the roof was sealed up properly for long-term protection. The job was finished in a short time, and the workmanship really stood out. I highly recommend them for any roof repair, reroof, skylight leak repair, or gutter work.

Concord Roofing did an excellent job replacing my old leaking roof. Marvin gave me a clear estimate after checking the roof and explained the full roofing process in simple terms, including materials, timeline, permits, and warranty coverage. Since the leak was getting worse and more rain was expected in Concord, he helped move the schedule up quickly to prevent more water damage. He also handled the permit process right away, which made everything much easier. The roofing crew arrived on time, worked hard, stayed professional, and completed the reroof project with great attention to detail. Patrick, the project manager, kept me updated throughout the job, and Isaiah also stopped by to check on the progress, which I appreciated. The cleanup after the tear-off and installation was thorough, and the new roof looks solid and well done. The manufacturer warranty and workmanship warranty are both a big benefit. After the recent rain, I felt very relieved knowing my home now has a strong, dependable roof installed by a skilled team. Great service and great people.
