We had estimates to replace our roof from several companies. Cornerstone was recommended by Superior Seamless Gutters, as they work hand in hand. Trevor Smith was very professional and communicative from the first time he came to our house. We're so happy we decided to go with Cornerstone. They just completed our roof this past Monday, April 27, 2026, and we couldn't be more pleased. All the workers cleaned up each day and were very friendly.
I got a call from Trevor after using the Cornerstone tool to calculate price for a new roof for my property when I was considering solar. I finally had him come over and evaluate my situation and ultimately settled on a minimal repair option that was what I perceived as the priority for my roofing needs. I didn’t really want a new roof because I hadn’t been looking for one. I just wished that I could have solar electricity, but I needed a repair on the roof of a patio where water had seeped through and everyone told me that I had to wait until I got a new roof. When I asked Trevor if it would be possible, he came up with a plan to repair the dry rot boards and re-roof the patio that hangs over the front door to my house. I had a delightful day of company with Gregorio, Danny, Roy and Trevor all working hard to alleviate my dry rot concerns and make sure my dad was happy with the repair project. The team had incredible attention to detail and stayed within schedule. I felt like the worksite was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. And of course, Trevor went above and beyond throughout the process to accommodate my needs to the best of his ability. Very nice job. Thank you!
Working with Trevor at Cornerstone Roofing for my home reroof was a most enjoyable experience. From the first site meeting through contract procurement and installation Trevor and his team were present, transparent and responsive. The quality of installation was very good, and they coordinated directly with the solar installer to ensure efficient and effective installation. One minor callback issue was handled immediately. Trevor and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were very efficient in getting me a roof evaluation and repair estimate, and then getting the work done... right before some big rains! The work they ended up doing cost less than the initial estimate, which also made me very happy. I would definitely work with them again.
Trevor was very professional and available to come out and walk the roof with me so there weren’t any surprises (unlike the 2 other contractors that kept standing me up). The whole process was done quickly and painlessly and I couldn’t be happier with their service. From small basic roofs to large commercial buildings these guys are the best in Sonoma County!
