My insurance company insisted I redo my roof or they would stop coverage even though my roof had some time on it. So, reluctantly I went on the hunt for roofers. I ended up with 4 bids. Crandall was by far the most reasonable. Additionally, they showed up on time with each appointment, were professional and courteous. Great communication. They addressed all the concerns about my roof (I needed a attic vent at the top pitch) and they acted like that was no big deal where the other companies acted like it was a big add on- like a whole different project. They dropped off big samples for me to choose which was very helpful. They didn’t make any excuses about the steep pitch of the roof like the other companies- to them it was just part of the job. The roofers were on time to install the roof, took care while doing so, and really hustled. They were done in less than 2 days. Additionally, the cleanup was pristine. No loose nails or trash laying around. I am more than satisfied and recommend them to anyone who wants a quality roof for a very good price and on budget with no fuss. Excellent company. They have years of experience, integrity and it shows.

We recently retained Crandall Roofing Inc to re-roof our home. I give then 10 Stars! Mike DeSouza patiently walked us through the many options and decisions to replace the underlayment and a clay tile roof with a concrete tile roof, aesthetic choices, gutter options and more. Mike and Jeff managed to get us on the schedule to avoid rain and expedited tile samples and ordering the actual tiles at lightening speed. The Crew run by Alicio was professional, hard working, and on schedule. Daily they kept the work site (our home) clean of trash, nails and debris. The repairs to rot or termite damage that was discovered after the demo was quickly repaired. And the cost was fair. I highly recommend Crandall for roofing jobs. I can only wish all contractor experiences are this rewarding.
