Francisco and his brother are fantastic! I recently moved into a house in Berkeley with a flat roof that was at its end of life and the contractor I'm working with for other repairs and updates recommended Cricket Foam Roofing. Francisco cares a great deal about creating a roof that will last for years and the final product looks like a work of art. He explained the process clearly and never diverted away from it, he and his brother showed up promptly every day as well. Not only did he do an above and beyond job on the roof, but he also let us know about some other items with the house that if they were not problems yet, they would be soon. It's always nice to have someone looking out for your best interest. For the final inspection, the inspector took one look at the roof and was very impressed with Francisco's system. And the inspector that came by for the mid-way progress check-in asked if Francisco would do his roof. Feels good to know that the people who are inspecting roofs on a regular basis take special note of the quality of work being done on my home by this team.
