My experience with Crysta Fix Roofing was very good overall. After we bought our home in Morgan Hill, we found a couple of roof leaks and reached out because we had been told the roofing warranty might transfer with the property. At first there was some confusion during the inspection about what repairs were needed and how the warranty worked, but the situation was handled well in the end. Wesley took the time to explain the process clearly and let me know that the warranty had not been formally transferred before, but they still agreed to take care of the needed roof repairs at no charge. That was a huge relief for our family, especially since we had just moved in and were already dealing with enough stress. Not long after that, a crew member came out and completed the patching and leak repair work. Luke did a great job on the roof and was professional, kind, and respectful while working around the house. The repair area looked clean, the work was done carefully, and everything felt much more secure afterward. I also appreciated getting useful information about the type of roofing system on the home and what kind of maintenance may be needed over time, especially with the warm California weather and sun exposure in Morgan Hill. I was also glad they sent over the work order so I could keep it for my records and share it with insurance since there had been questions about older roof photos. Overall, I am very pleased with the service, communication, and the way the roofing issue was resolved. I would feel comfortable using them again for future roof maintenance and repairs.
Crysta Fix Roofing really got it right. This was the first roofing and exterior crew I have been completely happy with. We recently had our wooden fascia and rake wrapped in aluminum as part of a roofline improvement, and the finished work looked excellent. Richard came out quickly, put together a fast quote, and worked with us to keep the project within budget while staying on schedule since we had other home projects happening at the same time in Morgan Hill. Luke and his small crew arrived on time, worked hard through the day, and paid close attention to the details around the roof edge, fascia trim, and gutter line. They came back the next day and carefully cleaned the yard so no debris was left behind. The gutters were reinstalled neatly and looked even straighter than before. The whole process felt organized, professional, and smooth from start to finish. I would gladly use them again for future roofing and exterior work and highly recommend them.
A neighbor noticed storm damage on my roof while roof work was being done nearby in Morgan Hill, so I reached out for help. As someone new to how roofing claims and insurance work in the USA, I had a lot of questions. Luke was very patient and walked me through the whole process step by step, including what to expect with the insurance claim and the roof replacement. Any time I needed help, Luke was easy to reach by phone or text, and he even stopped by my house when I needed extra support. After the insurance company approved the roof damage, I called him right away. He came out quickly, helped confirm the shingle color, and made sure the roofing materials and timeline were clearly explained. The materials arrived fast, and the roofing crew showed up the next day ready to work. They tore off the old roof, installed the new roofing system, and finished everything efficiently. The new roof looked great, the chimney was painted to match, and the whole property was cleaned up very well. When the job was done, Luke checked the installation quality, answered all of my questions, and made sure the final result met expectations. What impressed me most was the follow-up. He came back again to make sure no materials were left behind, checked the yard carefully, and even cleared away extra dust. That level of care and attention made the whole roofing experience feel smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was excellent roof service from start to finish, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in Morgan Hill who needs roof repair or a full roof replacement.
Outstanding experience with Crysta Fix Roofing. Our roof and the insulation under it had been installed the wrong way at first, and their team stepped in to help fix the full roofing system. They worked closely with the insulation crew we had already hired, lined up the schedules, and found the best plan for the whole roof area of our home. The job was handled smoothly from start to finish. Communication was clear, the timing was well organized, and we always knew what was happening next. Luke and the crew took care of the details with the insulation team so the roofing work stayed on track and was completed on schedule. Now our roof has much better ventilation, stronger insulation performance, and a clean, beautiful look. It also feels like a solid long-term solution for the home, especially with the heat and sun exposure a roof has to handle. The quality of the workmanship and the value we received were both excellent. I highly recommend them for any roofing project.
Jesse, Caleb, and their whole roofing crew were outstanding. I called for an emergency roof repair after heavy rain and also needed a full roof replacement. Caleb answered right away, listened to the situation, and quickly had Jesse come out to inspect the roof. Jesse arrived fast, checked the damaged areas carefully, explained what needed to be repaired, and gave me a fair estimate for the roofing work. I had planned to compare several bids, but their quick response, honest communication, and strong customer service made the choice easy. They went above and beyond to turn a stressful roofing problem into real peace of mind. The crew showed up the next morning and completed my new roof quickly, including the shed in the backyard. They kept the job site organized, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was handled with care from start to finish. I was truly impressed by their professionalism, courtesy, and workmanship. The finished roof looks excellent, the materials and installation quality are top notch, and their attention to detail really stands out. For anyone in Morgan Hill needing roof repair or a full reroof after storm damage, I would highly recommend them. I am extremely happy with the results and very satisfied with the whole experience.
