Deluxe Menlo Park Roofing

A friend pointed me to Deluxe Menlo Park Roofing, and I’m really glad I called. Ruben was very responsive, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain the roofing work clearly. The price was fair, but what stood out most was the extra care taken to make sure everything was done the right way. Follow-up was always quick, and the whole process felt organized from start to finish. They worked around my electrician’s schedule and came out promptly to properly repair the roof around the new service mast. After that, the gutter, soffit, and fascia work was scheduled without delay. Micah, Jeffery, and the crew did an excellent job. The team showed up on time each day, worked hard, and kept the job moving smoothly. They were professional, respectful, and paid attention to detail. The finished roofing and exterior work looks great, and I would definitely hire them again.

Shout out to the roofing and gutter team. Jeffery came out the same day we asked for an estimate. They went the extra mile to upgrade our roof shingles to the Timberline UHDZ option we wanted, which comes with a strong warranty. Even with the roofing upgrade, their price was still very competitive compared with the other bids we received. Micah, the office manager, was great to work with and always easy to reach. It was refreshing to talk with a real person who cared and kept us updated instead of dealing with an automated system. The roof work was high quality, and the crew showed real care for our family and made sure we were happy with the finished roof. They kept our property neat and clean during the project, and the whole roofing job was completed in just one day. Before leaving, they answered all of our questions and made sure we were fully satisfied with the work. They also let us know that if any roofing issues come up later, they will take care of them. We also appreciated how well they communicated with our insurance company through the entire process. We feel confident working with this experienced roofing company and would highly recommend them.

I hired Deluxe Menlo Park Roofing for a full roof and gutter replacement, and the whole process was smooth, easy, and pleasant from beginning to end. On installation day, the crew was polite, efficient, and clearly knew roofing work well. They handled the tear-off, installation, and cleanup with real care, and i was very impressed with how neat everything looked when they finished. craig, ruben, and the rest of the crew were professional and respectful of my home and yard. They paid close attention to the details, made sure the roof system and gutters were installed the right way, and checked that everything was complete before leaving the job site. About a week later, the gutter installation was finished, and i was again impressed by how quickly and carefully the team worked. My house in Menlo Park looks beautiful now, and the new roof and gutters really improved the overall appearance and protection of the home. micah and the crew made the experience stress-free, and I appreciate the care they showed for the property. I would gladly recommend them to anyone in Menlo Park looking for dependable roofing and gutter services.

The roof looks great, and I’m very happy with how it turned out. The roofing crew did a solid job on the tear-off, installation, and cleanup, and the house looks much better now. The gutter part of the project took longer than expected, but the team stayed in touch and worked through the details until everything was finished the right way. Craig kept me updated during the whole process, which I appreciated. Once the correct gutter color was installed, it matched the house much better and really completed the exterior look. I also liked the care they showed with the overall roofing work and how the new roof system improved both appearance and protection from sun, wind, and rain. In the end, I’m pleased with the final result and the effort made to get everything completed properly.

deluxe menlo park roofing installed a brand new roof on our house and garage this summer. they also fixed the fascia and put up new gutters. our home is historic and has a tall, steep roof, which made the job more challenging. before, we had poor-quality gutters that let water leak into the basement and caused the crown molding to rot, which even let bats get into the attic. their team handled everything confidently and finished the project right on time, solving all our roofing problems with a professional attitude from start to finish. we got quotes from two other local companies, but we decided to work with them because they really know their stuff. we had to go through the insurance process, which can be slow and tricky, but tristan and the team were patient and knew exactly what to do. they took care of all the paperwork and made sure both we and the insurance company were happy with the results. one thing that stood out is that they use their own crews for every job instead of hiring outside contractors. this means they can keep a close eye on quality and make sure their workers stay busy all year. jeffery, who managed the roofing part, and ruben, who took care of the gutters, both have years of experience and really know the business. they were respectful and kept us updated every step of the way. we highly recommend this company if you want excellent roofing work and the kind of personal attention you get from a local business.
