Deluxe Roof Repair

We had a really great experience with our roofing crew in San Jose. Eli was clear, helpful, and quick to respond anytime we had questions about the roof work. What stood out most was how carefully the team handled the installation. They hand drove each nail, took their time, and made sure every part of the roofing job was done right instead of rushing through it. The roof project took two days because they were being very detailed and careful, and we appreciated that extra attention. Since the new roof was finished, we have already had some strong wind and rain, and everything has held up perfectly with no leaks at all. That gave us a lot of confidence in the quality of their roofing work and the overall installation. They also did a very good job protecting the property during the tear-off and cleanup. Our plants, bushes, and yard areas were respected, and they left the place neat when the work was done. We were also impressed that the roofers used safety ropes and harnesses the whole time. It is good to see a roofing company that takes worker safety seriously while still delivering solid workmanship. One small concern came up around the protective tarps near the house, but the team handled the situation professionally and the overall result was still excellent. In the end, the price was a little higher than some other roofing bids, but it was absolutely worth it for the care, communication, and quality. After seeing the finished roof and how well it performs, we feel like we made the right choice and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing service in San Jose.

I had my roof replaced and new gutters installed by Deluxe Roof Repair, and the whole process went smoothly from beginning to end. Caden and Eli were professional, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain the roofing work, materials, timeline, and cleanup in simple terms. They clearly know the roofing industry and made everything feel organized and stress free. The crew was careful, hardworking, and very detail focused. They made sure I understood each step of the roof replacement and gutter installation, and they kept the job moving in a professional way. A few small items came up during the project, which is normal with this type of work, but they were handled right away with no hassle. The finished roof and gutters look great, and the workmanship really shows. I highly recommend them to anyone in San Jose needing reliable roofing service and solid customer care.

They replaced all three of our roofs years ago, and the work held up so well that we knew exactly who to call when it was time for new roofing this summer. When we reached out, eli was very professional, respectful, and easy to talk to. He clearly explained the schedule, the roofing process, and helped us choose the right shingle style and color for each roof. During the tear-off and installation, the crew showed up on time every day and worked hard through the full project. They took real care in protecting the buildings, using boards and other precautions so falling debris from the old roof would not cause damage. The whole team was careful, organized, and focused on quality workmanship. logan did an excellent job with cleanup, removing old shingles and taking extra time to walk the property with a magnet to pick up stray nails and staples. That kind of attention to detail really stood out. We have had other roofing work done in the past, and this cleanup was far better and much more thorough. The crew also kept a positive attitude the entire time, and it was nice to see them working well together while still staying productive. The new roofs look great, the shingles were installed neatly, and the whole job gave us a lot of confidence. We would gladly use them again for any future roofing needs and highly recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement or shingle work.

i’m very happy with the roofing work i had done. i had my roof replaced, and they also repaired the inside drywall where a roof leak had damaged a closet. the new roof looks amazing, and the crew finished the main roofing job in about half a day, which was impressive. the drywall work tucker did in the closet came out clean and looked perfect. ralph, the general manager, stayed in touch with my insurance company and the hoa, which made the whole roofing and repair process very easy for me. any questions i had were answered quickly by jeffrey from the office, and communication was smooth from start to finish. the team was professional, efficient, and clearly knew their way around roof replacement, leak repair, and interior restoration. i had a great experience and would definitely recommend them for roofing services in san jose.

Six stars to Deluxe Roof Repair. We needed a full roof replacement, chimney removal, new gutters, and custom aluminum trim around the windows, doors, fascia, and soffit. We also had a custom-size window installed with matching trim, which helped tie everything together and improved the overall look of the roofline and exterior. The estimate came quickly and was clearly laid out. Caden stopped by with color samples for the shingles, gutters, and trim, and helped us choose materials and colors that looked right for our home and worked well in the sunny weather. The crew protected our air conditioner, windows, and hot tub during the roofing work. They were courteous, efficient, and very detail-oriented, and they finished faster than I expected without cutting corners. When the custom window arrived, the team took great care inside the house during the installation. They had to fit the new window into an older frame, which required careful cutting and precise work. The old wood was extremely tough, but they handled it skillfully and came prepared with the right tools and backup supplies. I was very impressed by their workmanship. The cleanup was excellent. They left the property looking neat and treated our home with real care. Even the small details were handled well, and the finished roof, gutters, and trim look fantastic. Our neighbors have complimented how nice everything looks. I would absolutely recommend them, and if there were a six-star rating, that is what I would give.
