Dependable Roofing exceeded our expectations from start to finish. They explained all of our options, gave honest recommendations based on our needs, and offered one of the most competitive prices we received. The entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The office staff was always quick to respond to our questions and promptly updated our estimates whenever we requested changes. We especially appreciated the final quality control walkthrough. A representative inspected the completed roof with us, made a few finishing touches, and didn't leave until we were completely satisfied. The final result looks fantastic, and the entire experience was better than we expected. I would absolutely recommend Dependable Roofing to anyone looking for high-quality work and exceptional customer service.
The company’s communication needs improvement. I haven’t received any updates about the pending work for several days. I was told a crew would be sent to install the gutters, which is a necessary step to continue the remaining work, but they never showed up and haven’t responded to my messages.
I'm a contractor and have used Dependable Roofing for 4 projects now including my own home. Fair pricing. Their crews are clean and efficient. The supervision- critical in the roofing trade- is excellent. They don't gouge you for extras like rotten underlayment. Never a problem. The folks in the office are fantastic- Christopher- you are the man!
We dealt with Dependable Roofing on our house that had been destroyed by fire. We had several contractors that didn't even show up for appointments. But Dependable arrived on time, gave us a competitive bid, started as promised and even finished early. The site was clean and the workers professional. I would highly recommend them. They were truly a pleasure to work with. BTW the house looks great.
Dependable Roofing Inc was absolutely professional. They helped repair a portion of roof damage and a leaking room, caused from a heavy winter storm back in early 2022. They were respectful, responsive, reliable and genuinely honest. What I most appreciate was that they provided me options within the estimate and I chose what I could afford at that time. after the job was done, the project manager came back to examine if the work was performed correctly and no loose ends. When I am ready, I look forward to working with them again. I would highly recommend Dependable Roofing Inc, you will not be disappointed.
