El Sobrante Roof Repair

We mainly worked with Jalen, and he and the roofing crew were excellent from start to finish. After reading reviews and getting estimates from several roofing contractors, El Sobrante Roof Repair was the first to return our call, the first to give us a clear quote, and they explained every roofing option in simple terms. Jalen kept us updated on the schedule through several rainy days in El Sobrante while we waited for our new roof installation. The crew worked quickly, stayed professional, and did a great job cleaning up the job site when the roof repair and replacement were done. That is exactly what you want when hiring a roofer. The finished roof looks great, the shingles seem high quality, and the installation work gives us real peace of mind. We also feel confident that if we ever need help with warranty service or future roof maintenance, they will be there for us. I do not usually leave reviews, but this roofing team truly earned our appreciation.

We’ve used El Sobrante Roof Repair twice for repairs on our complex residential roof, which has composition shingles, metal roofing, rubber sections, and a solar setup, and we’ve been very happy with the results. Our home also has some special property details, so it was important to find a roofing team that understood how to handle different roof materials with care. The first reply took a little time, likely because of a busy schedule, but once the project got going, the service and workmanship were excellent. We really appreciated the clear, detailed proposals, because they explained the scope of the roof repair work well and gave us confidence in both the roofing process and the pricing. The crew showed strong knowledge, good attention to detail, and did quality work that made us feel our roof was in capable hands.

I had a great experience with El Sobrante Roof Repair. We found roof leaks in our attic during the rainy season, so I searched online and reached out. They responded right away and sent Jalen out very quickly to inspect the roof, flashing, and the leak areas. He did a careful, detailed inspection and explained what was causing the water intrusion in simple terms. The repair estimate was fair and easy to understand. When I explained how serious the leaks were and that we had to keep bins in the attic to catch water whenever it rained, they were very understanding and worked hard to get us scheduled fast. The roofing crew did excellent work and also found some rotted wood around the damaged sections that needed replacement. Colin came by often to double-check the problem areas from inside the attic, which gave us a lot of confidence that the right roofing repairs were being done. They charged a reasonable price for the extra repair work, and everything was handled professionally. I was very happy with both the leak repair and the roof replacement work. It is clear they care about their customers and take pride in quality roofing service, good communication, and solid workmanship. I highly recommend them, and if we ever need more roof work in El Sobrante, I would gladly call again.

i contacted company: El Sobrante Roof Repair after a friend referred me for a roof leak inspection. colin was my roofing consultant, and he made sure i had a smooth and fully satisfying experience from start to finish. His roofing knowledge stood out right away, especially after i had three other roof inspections done by other contractors. It became clear that i needed a full roof replacement, and he took the time to explain the scope of work, materials, and installation process in simple terms. He also helped answer every question from the insurance company, which made the claim process much easier and less stressful. The new roof was installed exactly as agreed, and the crew did solid work with good attention to detail, cleanup, and communication throughout the project. Now all that is left is the final payment and waiting for the next rain to confirm everything continues performing the way it should. I also expect to receive the warranty paperwork as outlined, which gives me peace of mind that any future roofing issues will be handled properly. I really appreciate all the extra time and effort colin put into making sure i felt informed and comfortable through the entire process. This review should help others looking for dependable roofing service, leak repair, and full roof replacement. My roof looks beautiful, and i am very happy with the result.

i first got connected with company: El Sobrante Roof Repair when their sales rep, jalen, came by after a strong storm and asked if he could check my roof for damage. Since i had a stone-coated steel roof, i figured it was tough enough and probably fine. i also had some doubts at first about anyone going door to door for roofing work. Still, i let him do the inspection, and he explained in simple terms that there was enough storm damage to justify a full roof replacement. At the time, i told him i would think it over and set the idea aside. After some time passed, i started having real roofing problems, including a major leak that patch work could not fix. That is when i realized the earlier inspection had been accurate. When jalen followed up later, i explained what had been going on, and he helped move the process forward with my former insurance carrier. From there, the roofing claim and inspection process went smoothly. Their engineer and jalen looked over the roof system and confirmed that replacement was the right solution. After approval, philip, the project manager, handled all the key details from start to finish. He helped with the estimate, roofing material choices, scheduling, delivery, tear-off, installation, and any questions i had along the way. The whole crew stayed organized, worked hard, and kept the job moving with good communication. Even though a full reroof can feel hectic for a few days, everything was managed well and the final result was worth it. My new roof looks beautiful, performs great, and gives me real peace of mind. I am very happy with the workmanship, the service, and how professionally the entire roofing project was completed in El Sobrante.
