ELM Roofing Contractors Inc

I highly recommend ELM Roofing if you're looking to replace your roof. I was honestly dreading the entire process because I kept wondering if I was going to get ripped off. There is so much conflicting information about what a new roof should actually cost, and let's face it—most homeowners aren't roofing experts. After getting three bids, I decided to go with ELM Roofing because of Jeff Alves. He was the only contractor who actually climbed onto the roof, performed a thorough inspection, and took photos to show me exactly what needed to be done. The other contractors simply stood on the ground and gave me an estimate. From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth because I only had to work with Jeff. He was an excellent communicator, keeping me updated on the progress every day and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the project. His professionalism and attention to detail gave me complete confidence that everything would turn out well. The ELM Roofing crew was equally impressive. They were punctual, professional, and kept the job site clean every day. Now that the project is complete, I can honestly say I'm thrilled with the results. ELM Roofing wasn't the cheapest bid, but it wasn't the most expensive either. I felt the price was fair, and the quality of the workmanship more than justified the cost. After all, your roof protects everything underneath it. Do you really want to put a "cheap" roof over your house? If you're looking for a roofing contractor you can trust, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ELM Roofing and Jeff Alves.

I compared quotes from six roofing companies before replacing my roof and ultimately chose ELM Roofing. They were not the cheapest option, but they felt trustworthy, communication was smooth, and the pricing was reasonable. The project manager, Carlos, was very professional and responsible. During the initial roof inspection and quoting process, he clearly pointed out the main issues with the old roof and explained the proposed solutions in detail. He also took the time to explain the recommended materials and installation methods. Before construction started, I went overseas for a two-week vacation. During that time, Carlos stayed in touch with me through WhatsApp, answering my questions and keeping me updated on the construction schedule. Throughout the project, he regularly reported progress. The project was completed two months ago. Since then, we’ve had several heavy rainstorms and there have been no issues so far. The workmanship appears to be high quality, and I am very satisfied with the result. I would highly recommend this company.

I’ve had the opportunity to observe the ELM Roofing & contractor team at work every day while they’ve been remodeling our office, and they’ve been absolutely outstanding. Construction can create stress in a workplace, but this crew has remained consistently friendly, respectful, and professional. They always greet everyone with a smile, keep the work area as clean as possible, and are considerate of those who are still trying to work during the day. What has impressed me most is how much pride they take in their work. You can see they care about doing the job correctly, and they treat the building as if it were their own. They’ve made a potentially disruptive project feel smooth and extremely well-managed. It’s rare to find contractors who combine excellent craftsmanship with genuine kindness and professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ELM Roofing to anyone looking for the highest quality work and a team that’s a pleasure to have around.

ELM did a repair on our roof. They were very competitive on pricing and were professional on how they did their business. Rodrigo came out and inspected our roof. He showed me what the issues were and what needed to be done to fix them. I felt comfortable with him and his crew. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a roof repair.

We had a fantastic experience with ELM Roofing Co. and can’t recommend them enough! From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly easy to work with. Amir, the project manager, was especially impressive—he showed up on time for the estimate, submitted the quote promptly, and was able to schedule our project during the rainy season, which we really appreciated. The crew started exactly when they said they would and worked efficiently and respectfully throughout the installation process. When an unexpected change order came up, Amir clearly explained what was needed and communicated the additional costs transparently—no surprises, just honest, professional service. Best of all, they completed the project in under a week and even took care of a few small requests we had to ensure we were 100% satisfied. If you're looking for a roofing company that delivers quality work, keeps their word, and truly cares about customer satisfaction, ELM Roofing Co. is the one to call. Thank you, Amir and team!
