Had our roof replaced by this company. The experience was almost perfect, hence the five stars. After initial negotiating pains the process was fast and smooth. We got three different quotes and Equinox Roofing had a superior offer. Notably, another company gave us satellite estimate of 3500 sq. feet and Equinox's was 2900. The price they quoted us was also best. All project was done in three working days, leaving us impressed - these guys came and attacked our old, leaky roof. Will definitely recommend them.

Starting any home improvement project can be very daunting, especially if it’s your first time. I had never undertaken any project this big before, so I was really nervous and not sure how to start. But I’m so glad that I chose the folks at Equinox to help me with my re-roofing project. Even from the very beginning, when I was going out for bids, I already had a good feeling about them. Doron, our project manager, was super informative and thorough about the services they would provide and materials they’d let me choose from, and of all the companies I sought quotes from, he was also the most up front about how the process would work, which really helped me feel at ease. They were also the quickest in providing me a response and quote. In terms of price, their estimate was also the most reasonable. All in all, I was pretty confident Equinox was the right decision for me. Once the work started, they were very flexible and communicative, which helped because I wasn’t at home when most of the project was taking place. Additionally, my roof is super steep and tricky, but the team handled the project expertly. The workers were prompt, quick, and efficient. I am very satisfied with the final result. Everything looks great, and I’m comforted by the warranty provided. The most important thing for me, though, was the friendly and caring service. I really felt comfortable during the whole process, which means so much because of how overwhelming the project felt at the start. I know I’ll be recommending Equinox Roofing to any family and friends I know who might be looking to get work done on their roofs.

Equinox Roofing did a great job replacing our roof. Our project manager was Eli, and he was very easy to work with. He came to inspect the roof when I was collecting bids, clearly explained what Equinox could do for us, and answered all of our questions. The next day, he emailed us the proposal. Whenever I had questions, he always responded very quickly, so from the very beginning, the communication process was excellent. This was definitely one of the factors that made us choose Equinox. Although their bid was not the lowest (nor the highest), I felt I could trust them, and that their proposal offered the best value. When we were choosing the color for the shingles, Eli was very helpful—he brought us large, actual samples on a board, which made the selection much easier. I had a lot of travel scheduled for August, and although Equinox Roofing was very busy, they worked with me to accommodate my schedule. When the time came to install the roof, the work crew showed up on time, did a fantastic job within the promised timeframe, and cleaned up after themselves every day. Eli was there daily to inspect the work and answer all my questions. Everything went perfectly. No surprises. We could not be happier with our decision to go with Equinox. Thank you very much, Eli!

Equinox Roofing did an excellent job on replacing the shingles on my roof in May 2025. The entire experience was professional and met all of my expectations. Equinox was not the lowest bid of the 5 companies I interviewed and they won't be when you do your research. There is a GOOD REASON to never take the lowest bid - You'll get what you pay for. I always choose to protect my largest investment by working with companies that provide quality & value.
