Chris at Falcon Roofing was excellent to work with. He came out to check a small leak we thought was roof-related and honestly told us it was actually a plumbing issue, even recommending a great plumber who fixed it the same day. He still took the time to inspect the entire roof and found only minor maintenance issues, confirming the roof and underlayment were in good shape—unlike another company that tried to sell us a full replacement. I called Falcon when we found a water leak from around the toilet vent in the roof. Also the previous roofer from about 15 years ago left off the gaskets around the skylight so we were getting lots of little bugs falling through. Mario came out within a day of my request and gave a reasonable estimate. There was a little confusion of the date of work so when his crew came out the following day, he threw in a gutter cleaning as an apology. I was very impressed with the workmanship, the cleanup, and look forward to using them when my roof needs to be replaced.
Falcon Roofing is the most professional organization I have worked with. From the woman taking the initial call, the scheduler, the Project Manager (PM), and workers. They were extremely nice. Explained everything. In a non-condescending matter, to add. Both the PM and head worker made sure I was aware of a change in the repair that would be better for the house. With no up charge.
