BEWARE ! " Jerry " i hired him for my home purchase and he said everything looked good so i bought the house without negotiations & Right away my insurance is droping me and is making me replace the whole roof because it is far beyond destroyed when they sent their inspectors . This makes me sick to my stomach . Hired another inspector and says i definitely need a new roof ! How could you ! The seller would have covered part of the costs ! i dont know were im going to get 17k for a new roof
