Not worth your time. They were sent out by American Home Shield AHS home warranty and they put a rubber patch over my shingles that made the leak even worse. I called them the next day and they gave a BS excuse that we should wait a few days for the sealant to dry. For those who don’t know, quality roofing sealant works immediately. They turned a tiny leak into a constant leak.
We had a leak on our roof and AHS referred us to Fog City Roofing. They contacted me right away and we were able to set up an appointment in a reasonable time. The communication was great and we communicated via text, which is perfect for me. Rafael arrived early and was able to diagnose our roof and thankfully fix on the spot. He even cleaned some debris we had on our roof and gutters. He explained the issue right away and said it was a leak that is very common. We just had our second rainstorm since Rafael fixed it and it's as good as new with no leaks. I would definitely use this company on my own especially if they send out Rafael.
I had the pleasure of having our roof replaced with the folks over at Fog City this past September. This was not a simple task as it involved working at the same time other major construction work was underway. The team was extremely mindful of the other projects underway, and made sure to accommodate to make sure they never got in the way. One of the biggest standouts was the communication between the team and myself. Both Daniel and Phileppe ensured that I was kept updated during every step of the way. I can confidently recommend Fog City to anyone in need of a full roof replacement or repairs.
Had an appointment scheduled through warranty... and then they called and told us they come to check out whenever they had a cancelation. And that they had no openings in their schedule so it would have to wait until whenever they had time.
Our recently purchased home developed some roof leaks during a recent hard rainstorm. Our new homeowners warranty paid for roof leaks during a repair. Rafael from Fog City came out on time, showed us pictures of the problem and repaired it in a few hours. We couldn’t ask for more. Update: The roof “repairs” Rafael did leaked like a sieve in the recent rains. They are worse than they were before. Same exact spots. And Fog City had sent a second roofer to fix the leaks the Rafael supposedly fixed. Two tries, both failures.
