He is soft-spoken, low-pressure, and incredibly knowledgeable. The Ultimate Advocate: Ariel informed us we might be eligible for reimbursement because our original roof failed prematurely. He took it upon himself to research our existing shingles, reached out to the distributor, and guided us through the entire warranty claim process. Because of his professional assessment and diligence, the manufacturer compensated us for the defective shingles! I never would have known this was possible without Ariel’s help. Superior Protection & Workmanship: NC Roofing provided the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty, providing incredible peace of mind knowing the entire system and workmanship are backed by the manufacturer. The crew—Bul (on-site manager), Gamma, Poncho, Santos, Jeff, and Jessy—were respectful and tireless. When the delivery truck couldn't use its conveyor, the team hand-carried every bundle of shingles up to our two-story roof to keep us on schedule. Their work ethic is unmatched. Going Above and Beyond: -Custom Details: They installed extra-thick underlayment under our solar panels and over all dormers at my request. They even removed sections of the roof to correctly flash under the eaves, re-installing the v-board to its original state. -Cleanliness: They protected all our plants and meticulously cleaned up debris and nails from the gutters and gravel every single day. -Solar Coordination: Ariel worked closely with our solar company to ensure the reinstallation maintained all warranties for both the roof and the panels. -Communication: Ariel’s communication was flawless. He kept us updated through surprise storms, was incredibly responsive during the build, and followed up afterward to ensure every question was answered and we were 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Ariel Almog and NC Roofing. They are truly the best in the business.
Ariel and NC Roofing were absolutely incredible to work with. Ariel is honest, communicative, thorough, caring, and a genuinely kind person. He also has very competitive pricing, and did extremely high quality work. More info: We needed a new roof, new attic insulation, and gutters, so I met with 6 different roofing companies around the bay area, all highly reviewed, with dozens of five star reviews. I spent several days meeting with all six companies and learning all about the roofing process, materials, etc. Ariel was by far my favorite person. Other companies gave me a very slick salesman vibe, but Ariel came across as a genuine person who operated with integrity. I received 6 roof quotes, ranging from ~$23k to ~$38k, and NC Roofing Inc's quote was the second lowest. (the lowest quote was only a few hundred dollars lower, and they only dropped their price after I told them the quote I got from NC Roofing...). After we signed the contract, Ariel and NC Roofing team had the roof fully installed, new insulation put in, and all new gutters installed in less than two weeks. Incredible! The cleanup was also fantastic, there was zero debris left in the whole yard. We were able to choose from multiple different shingle manufacturers, so weren't limited to one, (unlike other companies I spoke with). The process was easy and straightfoward, Ariel went through the pros and cons of various shingle companies and materials, and helped make the whole process simple to understand. As evidence of the character of Ariel and his team: Ariel even offered to take our dog out to use the restroom while my wife and I were both at work and NC was doing the roof install. A truly caring person. I cannot recommend NC Roofing and Ariel enough. They are genuine people, have great pricing, use the highest quality materials (thick underlayment, high quality shingles with great warranties etc), work quickly, and are extremely communicative, sending pictures and updates through the whole process. Ariel even connected me with a reputable solar company in the area, as we mentioned we were re-roofing to prep for solar. Look no further, I did the research for you. After meeting with 6 roofing companies in the bay area with multiple 5 star reviews, I chose NC Roofing and Ariel. And I'm glad I did.
NC Roofing from start to finish were professional, reasonable, honest and most importantly continually showed they all have integrity. The entire crew work well and efficiently with each other in each stage of the roof replacement. The finishers were top notch, they did not miss one seam. They even stayed late on the final night to finish because a rain storm was forecast the following day. NC Roofing replaced our insulated tar and gravel flat roof which had developed several moving leaks in the past 4 years with a GAF TPO 80mil thick Insulated roof. NC Roofing identified all the rotten wood pieces which they replaced along with using new insulation to taper water toward the original drain locations. They installed new vents, rain drain bases, run offs, TPO treated flashing and they even doubled up thickness on the entire roof lip of the house for more surface area for edge flashing. I found NC Roofing along with the TPO product after 6 months of research and collecting Estimates. Thanks again at everyone at NC Roofing starting and ending with, Ariel our project manager!
We had originally planned to use a different contractor for our roof, but after several delays we got a recommendation for NC Roofing. They came out within a few days and gave a very thorough estimate and review of what exactly was involved. As soon as we gave them our OK, they scheduled the work for within 3 weeks, and in fact were able to do it even much sooner. Project manager Ariel kept in constant contact, explained things very well, and was always available for questions. The actual roof work was done in 2 days, the crew was very respectful and their cleanup afterwards was very good. The county inspector said they had done a good job. We were extremely happy with the whole process.
I went out to several contractors for pricing and they were the first ones to get back to me. Came out quickly, looked at the site and gave me a price/quote. I received other quotes and ended up going with NC Roofing. When they came to do the work they kept me advised via phone a photos, since I wasn’t on site. We uncovered many issues with the original roof which were resolved quickly between the two of us and work was able to continue quickly. Also, they covered everything while working and cleaned up when done in a manner that you didn’t even know they had been there. We now have a roof that will get us through the next thirty years!
