GBR Roofing

I recently had my roof serviced by GBR Roofing, and overall the experience was excellent from start to finish. Roi was my project manager, and during the estimate he clearly explained the scope of the work and the reasons behind it, which I appreciated. The team was courteous, professional, responsive, and punctual, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. After the job was completed, the roof leaked in the same spot during the first rainstorm. I contacted Roi, and he came out the next day with one of his team members to assess the situation and quickly identify the issue. We had to wait for a break in the rain before the team could return and resolve it fully, but they did address the problem. The quality of the workmanship was impressive, and it's clear that they take pride in their work. My only concerns were some minor damage to the front tile steps, a small scratch on my back deck, and a small hole in the awning. When I brought this up, they did not clearly admit or deny responsibility, although Roi did offer to help take care of it. I declined most of the offer, aside from having the scratch patched, and I'll handle the other damage myself. In the end, I'll take it as a reminder to document the condition of my property before work begins. Overall, I was happy with the work GBR Roofing did and would recommend them to others.

W ould recommend GBR Roofing to anyone In the Bay Area looking for top notch service. My home had issues with ceiling ventilation so the project was more complicated than simply replacing shingles. GBR came up with a solution to resolve that problem and a competitive bid for the work. Once the old roofing was removed, they found rotted decking, old wood slats and a few problems left by the previous owners. Our project manager Noam, along with GBRs engineer and construction team, found ways to deal with all of it, and in ways that would not break the bank. Noam was great with communicating project status, explaining what they found and how they proposed dealing with it, was upfront with change order costs and timing, dealt with inspectors, and visited the site regularly to stay on top of progress. They are actually more than just a roofing company so will also consider them for other construction projects.

From the very beginning, Roi helped us communicate with the insurance company and worked quickly to organize the project and open the job within a week. His team arrived and completed the work in just three days. Throughout the process, they provided us with photos and clear explanations of each step, one after another, so we always knew what was happening. I definitely recommend GBR Roofing, and Roi in particular!
