I worked with Tom Ross, who was an exceptional project manager. Gave me a quote on the spot and was a clear, consistent communicator throughout the project. Golden Heights was the first of three bids and ended up being the most cost effective I couldn’t be happier with the installation of my roof.

We have a large roof with several different sections, so I expected the project to take longer than it did. After the old roof was removed, they replaced a few damaged sheets of plywood, installed new synthetic underlayment, and upgraded the attic ventilation before the new architectural shingles went on. It was a major investment, but seeing everything rebuilt the right way made it well worth it.

What can I say that hasn't been said. Etan and his crew are top notch, going above and beyond to make the process smooth. Etan gave me a good estimate, comparable to others. But had a better warranty. And encouraged me to visit a current site to see the process, although I did not. Once ready, the crew arrived within a few days. They replaced the roof by the end of the da, with repairs. And were very conscious of my several vehicles and property. Clean up was done the same day. Etan returned within a couple of days and inspected it. Noting the improvements of bringing it up to code. He even ensured a refund when I overpaid. I have already and will continue to recommend them to anyone in need of a roof.

Last week they did my whole roof in Santa Rosa. They did my whole roof in 4 days. On the invoice they put the full payment schedule so I knew exactly how much I was going to be paying the whole way through (down payment, after demolition, after materials delivered, etc). They made it very clear. I had five estimates and nobody else made it super clear exactly how much I would be paying. I worked with Eitan Rafael. He communicated with me two or three times a day when I needed to know what was going on (because it was my rental house and I wasn't there) and what he promised, he delivered. They were considerate, respectful, and cleaned the area around our house thoroughly after each day's work, so well that it was even cleaner than before. Now we have a beautiful, shiny new roof.
