Highly recommend Oscar and his crew. We knew we were going to have some water damage beyond the roof and all other roofing companies said we'd have to hire a separate contractor to fix any wood rot beyond the plywood. Since Oscar is a GC, he and his crew were able to replace the wood rot in the beams. His communication, clarity and humble approach made him super easy to talk with. I never felt like he was annoyed with my questions or concerns - which isn't always the case in construction. Cannot recommend them enough. Amazing quality work, professional and as a woman I always felt safe. He was also direct and calm from the beginning - unlike some of the pushy sales roof guys. Would absolutely use them again!
Oscar the owner was very easy to work with and his crew are very talented with the replacement of our damage gutters and adding the two down spouts along with removing the old satellite dish along with all the old wires . They also replaced all our ridge lines on the roof along with adding a cricket to help with the run off next to the chimney. I wasn’t really sure of the condition of the roof so that’s why I originally called GTE “Oscar “ he said my roof looked fine and that we could get by with just the small repairs and we would be good to go for 10 plus more years .
Oscar installed a screen door for our 15’ slider. We didn’t think it was possible. Most companies I called did not do the large slider screen doors. We are so pleased with GTE’s professionalism, skill, & timeliness. I would not hesitate to recommend Oscar & his crew.
