Chris and his Team were absolutely amazing from start to finish including Chris coming to our home and evaluating our roof and providing an estimate! He is fully licensed and insured and provides an incredible guarantee and service. Once we accepted the contract Chris arranged for a date to perform the work. In 1 day- from 8am to 5pm I watched an incredible team of skilled professional roofers transform my old roof into a beautiful brand new roof that will protect us for many many years and made our home look absolutely stunning! Thank you Chris and please thank the wonderful gentleman that worked as a well greased machine to transform my roof in 1 day to a beautiful new roof 🏡 Photos are the new roof compared to the old roof 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙌🙌🙌
These guys were fantastic! It started with Jim who came out and did the initial walk, He was extremely professional, and you could tell he had years of experience. There were a few details we talked about, and even though they were about a month out he made sure all those details were Addressed on the day Install. The crew that did the roof replacement (All in one day!) Did an excellent job and I would say left my yard cleaner than it was before they started. Don’t hesitate hiring this crew
We had our roof replaced in 2018 by Heritage without problem. We noticed some ceiling mold in a couple of the bedrooms and I called them up to see if they could make sure the roof was ok in that area. Very quickly they had somebody come out and look in the attic crawl space and the roof confirming what they suspected that it is a condensation issue. Jim was very pleasant on the phone; the company has changed hands since the job was done and they could not find the record of the work. I could find the estimate but not the invoice, so this great service was without them having proof that they did the work. Highly recommend them both then and now!
We chose Heritage Roofing from the 3 bids we received because Jim spent the time to understand all the details of our roofing needs and to answer all our questions clearly. We're extremely pleased with their work. Roofing day, the crew was prompt, pleasant and very professional.
Heritage Roofing company replaced our roof a few years ago and we were very pleased. A skylight that we did not change out at the time leaked in this last heavy rain. Heritage responded immediately, was able to source the skylight and installed the next day. The staff was friendly, and extremely efficient.
