We were able to get him to come out for a quote within a one week timeframe of communication. This matters a lot because if a business wasn’t responsive they would lose out on customers. I often was able to get a response within the hour if not by 24 hours. And of course with any contractor, you want them to be reliable. Hinojosa Roofing drafted up a contract relatively quickly outlining all the steps with the cost and warranty. They were flexible in adjusting items to my preference. During the day of, workers showed up on time. We did a partial roof repair and it took a day and a half, which was quick. Would highly recommend!
