Great price for the location but you get what you pay for. I gotta say the staff is really nice and is definitely the best part of the hotel. Cleaning and maintenance staff always said good morning with a smile each time I saw them. Rooms need some updating as furniture is quite worn out. They do got some nice large tvs
Our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. The room was dirty when we arrived, with stained linens, dusty surfaces, and a bathroom that clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. The air conditioning barely worked, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The customer service was just as disappointing. Staff seemed uninterested in helping, and any concerns we raised were met with excuses instead of solutions. We felt like our business didn't matter. To make matters worse, the hotel was noisy throughout the night, and the overall property looked run-down and poorly maintained. For the price we paid, we expected much better from a Hilton brand. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again. There are far better options available for the money.
I really enjoyed my stay. Raja and Darwin at the front desk very super helpful and professional. Restaurant staff was very nice and attentive as well and the food was actually pretty good. I wouldn’t mind staying there again just hope that the property will be renovated as it’s very outdated. My room was HUGE and I did enjoy how peaceful and quiet it was as I was able to complete schoolwork and sleep without issues.
Stayed for one night for BottleRock. Our room wasn’t ready until close to check in time (understandably) but the front desk staff let our group of 5 girls hang out and get ready in the lobby. Gave us cookies and offered to let us go to the pool area as well. The room they gave us wasn’t upgraded (I’m Hilton Gold) - which just means access to a patio/outdoor space - but we took the quickest available room, a corner room with a lot of space! Room and hotel were clean. Thanks Raja for your wonderful hospitality!
The room appeared clean, and the location/staff experience was fine. However, for a stay, costing what we paid, the room itself felt underwhelming and did not match the price point. The overall atmosphere felt more like a basic business hotel than a relaxing Napa getaway. There were noticeable wall touch-ups/patchy finishes throughout the room, a cracked bathroom trash can, and the room had a strong paint smell during our stay, which made it feel less polished and comfortable. I expected a warmer, more elevated, and more cohesive experience for this price.
