Marcos repaired the roof of my house. There was a leak near my sun tunnel. He arrived on time and was efficient in making the repairs needed and I feel he charged a reasonable price.
Ended up going with Innovation Roofing because a good friend in the trades highly recommended him and I wasn't disappointed. I found Marcos and his team responsive, prompt and reasonably priced. Marcos kept me informed throughout the process and completed the job in the time frame that he quoted. His crew were professional and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves nightly.
My roof had developed several issues requiring repair. Among the many contractors who came to inspect the site, provide quotes, and prepare to begin work, I ultimately chose Marcos’s team. Here is why: He pays attention to detail and treats my property with the utmost care. As shown in Photo #1, he positioned his ladder against the roof ridge tiles—rather than the gutters—thereby avoiding any potential damage to the relatively fragile rain gutters. I am deeply grateful for and appreciative of this thoughtfulness. His pricing was fair and transparent. He clearly explained to me exactly which sections required patching, and which needed to be replaced. As illustrated in Photos #2 and #3, there were several other minor areas of damage on the roof, he repaired or replaced these on the spot without charging any additional fees. This approach is particularly rare and commendable compared to other contractors who lure customers in with low initial bids only to gradually tack on extra charges for various items later on! Marcos was incredibly flexible with his scheduling. Although I had awarded the project to him, I asked him to wait a few days let me complete other appointments. However, due to an unexpected family emergency, the start date had to be postponed once again. He accepted this without complaint, and I sincerely appreciate his full cooperation. After the work was done, I reviewed the photos and felt that the paint color applied to the roof flashing appeared too dark, that raising concerns ---it would absorb excessive heat and shortening the service life. With my consent, he immediately returned to the roof and repainted the flashing in a lighter shade (see Photos #5 and #6—at the time, white paint was the only lighter option he had on hand). I highly praise this "customer satisfaction first" service attitude. In short, Marcos not only has professional skills but also has professional integrity—and for us clients, the latter is even more important! Marcos is a trustworthy roofer. I would absolutely recommend his company, or Marcos’s team to anyone in need of roofing services.
