Getting a new roof can be a headache, but Integrity made it surprisingly easy. Their office manager Liz is stellar and their overall customer service is top-notch—constant communication, and very professional crews. We were impressed by how they managed the logistics ahead of the job and during. They synced up perfectly with our solar installers and managed the "on-again, off-again" schedule caused by the rain with total ease. It’s rare to find a contractor this reliable and proactive. They also kickoff a text thread the week of the job to ensure any and all updates are handled seamlessly. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
We are completely satisfied with our roof project with Integrity Roofing. We got 5 quotes and Integrity was among the lowest and also the most thorough. The tear-off crew got the whole old roof off in a couple hours and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Eddie, or project manager, checked in routinely. We were all surprised by how much rotten wood was underneath. We hadn't anticipated any. But their crew handled it in stride and got all the repairs made within a day; 15 sheets of new plywood! The extra cost was extremely reasonable. They also found that one of our skylights was broken. We were not aware. But no problem, they replaced it quickly, even putting new trim wood on the inside resulting in a better install than the original. We were also very happy with our color choice - "weathered wood". I've already referred them to a neighbor. Thanks Integrity Roofing!
Integrity Roofing was recommended to me by a roofer friend of mine and they did a complete roof with outbuildings as well for a good friend of mine in Castro Valley… Integrity Roofing did an excellent job from start to finish at a reasonable price and showed up when they said they would. I myself used Integrity Roofing recently to repair some damage to my roof caused by the storms we recently had in April. Jamin, the owner, came to my home and inspected the damage and also since he was going up on the roof anyway he did an inspection of my whole roof. Jamin quoted my roof in two parts, one quote for the storm damage and one quote for general maintenance on the rest of my roof complete with pictures which included slipped and broken tiles. I hired Jamin and team to take care of everything which they did in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Integrity Roofing and will absolutely use them in the future for all my roofing and roof maintenance needs.
We are so happy with the work Integrity Roofing did on our full roof replacement about a month ago. The team was on time and excellent with communication throughout the process. During the tear-off, they found some wood that needed replacing and they took care of it with no problem. They also installed a new skylight with an automatic shade and added gutter guards, which we are so grateful for—we’re set for years without having to climb up to clean gutters! The house feels more sealed and protected now than it did when we first moved in. We really appreciated that the site manager was in and out regularly, overseeing the work to ensure it met their high standards for precision. Any questions we had were answered promptly and professionally. They made a great effort to clean up at the end of each workday, we truly valued the daily effort they made. This was a great experience and we highly recommend Integrity Roofing!
