Carlos was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He dealt with the city of Folsom for the permit which was no small task . He and his guy’s were on time and ready to work each day and provided a quality install of my new roof. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. Good Job!
We recently hired this roofing contractor for a complete reroofing project, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, everything was handled with professionalism, transparency, and care. The team was respectful, and extremely hardworking. They took the time to clearly explain the process, materials, timeline, and costs upfront—no surprises, no hidden fees. The quality of workmanship is outstanding. Our new roof not only looks beautiful, but we also feel confident knowing it was installed with high standards. They protected our property during the project and left the area spotless each day. It’s rare to find a contractor who combines skill, integrity, and great customer service so seamlessly. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, and highly skilled reroofing contractor, I wholeheartedly recommend them. This was one of the smoothest home improvement projects we’ve ever experienced!
We have used Iron Roofing on two different buildings in the last two years at our church, Saint Andrew’s United Methodist. Everything was very professional from the first walk-through to the final cleanup! The crew is very polite and very clean, when they leave for the day, there’s no mess. They do an absolute wonderful job! Thank you Carlos, Ted, and crew.Highly recommended!!!
July of 2025 was a challenging time for me and what made it worse was my home insurance company required a new roof or loss of insurance. Iron Roofing came to my rescue. Carlos & Ted were very understanding and I felt safe with them doing the job. I have a beautiful roof now and a company I feel confident in recommending.
I called Carlos (Iron Roofing) when I noticed a small leak in my roof. He was very busy on other jobs, but squeezed me in & repaired my tile roof. The work he did was great and the price was reasonable. So grateful I didn’t have to worry about any leaks during this heavy, heavy rainfall this year.
