On-time. On-budget. Courteous. CLEAN. No debris or dust at completion. Fair and honest. Five roofing bids. Jim was second lowest cost bid. Stellar work. Detail oriented on special vent and fireplace flue work. Skylight installed perfectly. Water tight. Again... He is an honest and fair man and his crew know what they are doing. Recommended without reservation.
