I've had several projects done in the last few years. John Perry was by far the easiest person to work with. He enjoys his work and follows through with commitments. John and his crew built a beautiful fence for us. They make that even small details are taken care of. Despite some modifications by us and some other complications John stuck to the original contract. I would highly recommend the John Perry Co. if you're ready to replace your fence.
John Perry Construction = OUTSTANDING AND QUALITY WORKMANSHIP As belated thanks to John Perry Constriction for the quality craftsmanship and attention to detail John Perry and his team brought to the construction of our unique pergola, hot tub, deck and, patio enclosure. During our first meeting with John, we shared a set of preliminary plans prepared for the project along with a number of additional photographs and illustrations we found in various publications we felt would enhance the looks of the project. John, using the plans, provided us with a number of additional and creative design options. Needles to say, we accepted all of Johns recommended changes. During the construction phase, John’s expertise, attention to detail, and “I can do that” attitude made him a pleasure to work with. When there were changes to the job, and there were many, John always said, “not a problem” and moved on with the project. John and his team were the most professional and friendly team we could hope for. We have had some wonderful craftsmen do projects for us over the past 20-years; but John Perry is in a class by himself. We can't say enough about John and his incredible team. John Perry and his crew are the best contractors I have ever worked with. It's so simple - John keeps his word. He got our jobs done on time, on budget, and with exquisite attention to detail and quality. When he says he and his crew are coming - they are there, early, every time. When he says a job will take 2 days, it is done in 2 days, and no cost over-run. Really - it's a dream come true. The projects we did: - Tore down and replaced a 65 foot fence along back yard. - Added on new platform, rails, and wide stairs to our back deck. - Added removable trellis panels to cover / provide access underneath deck. - Added wooden gate to side alley leading to back yard. - Added tall wooden posts along corner of back fence to hang lights above our patio. Every single component came out great. John's prices are incredibly reasonable, and again, I could not be happier with the results. Furthermore, John's wealth of experience enables him to suggest solutions that are great. We struggled with 5 other designers / contractors about how to solve our deck stairs, and John had a great idea for a new platform and arrangement that we went with, and it is perfect. I highly recommend John Perry and his crew, and would be happy to be a reference and answer any questions or provide even more details.
