John's Roofing

This roofing company has helped my wife and me with roof work on two different homes. On one house, they repaired storm damage, helped with a home addition, and fixed several leaks. After we moved and remodeled another home, they replaced most of the roof and added a metal roofing section over a new patio. Greyson was one of the best roofing professionals I have worked with. He is knowledgeable, experienced, calm, and easy to talk to, and the whole roofing crew was skilled and well organized. We decided to leave this review after a leak showed up above our entry area during a heavy rain. Bryson had a crew out the very next morning. Their supervisors and roofers quickly found the issue with the dormer seals and wind-driven rain, made the repair fast, and got everything sealed up properly. Even though they were not the ones who originally installed that section, they still handled the repair right away and did excellent work. They have also worked on our children’s homes, so our family has been able to rely on them for everything from leak repair and roof replacement to metal roofing and addition work. They are dependable, responsive, fair on pricing, and do quality roofing work every time.

Very professional roofing team. I spoke with several roofers for estimates and ideas, and the last contractor I had out made me feel comfortable right away and was never pushy. Their price was much better than the others, and I’m very happy I chose them for the job. Shaun kept in touch from start to finish and made the whole process easy. They replaced the roof on my house and separate garage in just one day, and I also decided to have new gutters and downspouts installed, which was a great choice. The crew used high quality roofing materials, worked efficiently, and did everything in the order and on the timeline they promised. The workmanship was excellent, the cleanup was thorough, and the new roof looks great. It gives me real peace of mind knowing my home is better protected during heavy rain and hot weather. I’ve already recommended them to family and would gladly do so again.

We needed a full roof replacement and spoke with a few roofing contractors first. Some were poor at returning calls or would show up with no notice, so the difference with John's Roofing was clear right away. Communication was great both on the phone and in person, and they stayed on top of every update about scheduling, materials, and the next steps. Bryson went out of his way to meet with us after work, and he was patient, friendly, and easy to talk to. He took extra time to make sure the new roof would blend well with another outbuilding on the property, and the match came out perfect. He was honest through the whole roofing process about pricing, shingle quality, and what would work best for long-term protection. When the shingles we first liked were no longer a good option, he helped us choose a better quality replacement at the same price, which we really appreciated. The roofing crew finished the job in just one day, worked very efficiently, and did a great job with cleanup when everything was done. The estimate was clear, straightforward, and easy to understand, and we were kept informed if anything else came up during the project. The whole roof replacement felt smooth and stress free, and we are very happy with the workmanship, service, and final result. They are an excellent choice for anyone needing roofing services in Winchester Blvd Los Gatos.

I recently used John's Roofing and was extremely pleased with the whole roofing process. Out of four local roofing contractors I called and emailed, they were the only ones who responded quickly, arrived at my home the same day, fixed two roof leaks at no charge, and scheduled a follow-up visit to provide a full roof replacement estimate. A few days later, Greyson and Bryson came out, inspected the roof carefully, explained the condition of the shingles and flashing, and gave me a detailed written estimate at a very fair price. They completed the full roof replacement in five days, kept the job site neat and clean each day, and the finished roof looks great. The crew was professional, easy to work with, and made the entire experience smooth from leak repair to final installation. If you need roof repairs or a new roof in Winchester Blvd Los Gatos, I highly recommend them.

We were very happy to work with Bryson and the roofing team on our roof and gutter replacement in Winchester Blvd Los Gatos. After storm damage, we got several roofing estimates and chose this crew because Bryson took time to answer every question clearly and explain the roofing process in simple terms. From the first inspection to the final cleanup, everything was handled with honesty, strong communication, and real professionalism. The roofers and gutter crew did solid, high quality work, and they kept the property neat and clean the whole time. Our new roof looks great, the gutters were installed properly, and the whole job moved along smoothly. Bryson stayed in touch throughout the project, checked on the progress, and made sure every detail was taken care of. We truly appreciate the care, skill, and customer service, and we would gladly recommend this roofing company to friends and neighbors for any roofing needs.
