Lake Michigan Roofing Pro

After speaking with a few roofing contractors, I felt most comfortable choosing this team for my roof and exterior work. They found and repaired a lot of rotten wood around the house and shed before moving forward, which gave me confidence that the job was being done the right way. They also completed new exterior work on both structures and made sure everything was solid, clean, and well finished. One contractor I talked to wanted to install materials over the existing layers, but this crew took the proper approach instead of using shortcuts. That really mattered to me. The roofers and crew were hardworking, committed, and focused on quality from start to finish. They put in the time needed to get the job done right and did not rush the process. Maximus was professional, caring, and always available when I had questions. Dustin was also very attentive and easy to reach whenever I needed an update. The whole team explained each step clearly, kept communication open, and made the entire roofing and repair process smooth and stress free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable roofing and exterior repair work.

maximus and randall came out to handle my roofing and chimney leak issue by removing the old chimney structure and installing a new flue liner with proper flashing work. They did an excellent job, finished fast, and the price was very fair. after dealing with a roof leak around the chimney for a long time and spending too much money on repairs that did not last, it was a huge relief to finally get the right solution. They showed up on time, looked over the roof area carefully, and gave me clear recommendations for the best repair. I explained that i wanted the chimney removed and a flue liner pipe installed, and they followed through exactly as discussed. They got back to me quickly with a very reasonable quote, and it was better than other roofing estimates I had received. Once the materials were ready and the weather cleared, they came out promptly and completed the work in just a few hours. The crew was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They made a difficult roofing job feel simple, and the finished work gave me real peace of mind. i am very happy with the results and would gladly recommend them for roofing, chimney, flashing, and leak repair work in Fremont. stanley also helped make the whole process smooth, and i truly appreciated that they took care of a job others would not handle.

i had a really good experience with company: Lake Michigan Roofing Pro and would hire them again for any roofing work. They came out to inspect the roof, explained the condition clearly, and seemed very skilled with shingles, flashing, and leak repair. the crew was friendly, easy to talk to, and professional from start to finish. Their pricing was fair. They were not the lowest bid, but they were also not the highest, and the value made sense for the quality of the materials and workmanship. They were willing to work with us on the estimate and helped us understand what was included, which made the whole process easier. Communication was strong the whole time. I never had trouble reaching anyone, and every person i spoke with was polite and helpful. Since this was done during Fremont rainy season, timing mattered, and they moved quickly to get the roof installed before more wet weather came through. After the install, rain exposed a small leak, but the response was excellent. They came back within hours, fixed it right away, checked the surrounding roof areas, and made sure everything was sealed correctly. That fast follow-up gave me a lot of confidence in their service. Overall, great roofing service, great workmanship, and a very dependable team. i would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement, roof repair, or a full roof inspection.

We were very happy with the roofing service. We got several quotes for a full roof replacement, and they had the best price and the fastest response. The quality of the roofing work was excellent, and they did not cut corners. Kyle handled the free estimate, explained the contract clearly, and completed the final roof inspection, which made the whole process easy and smooth. He was friendly, detailed, and really knew roofing. We were impressed by how quickly and efficiently the crew worked. They arrived early to set up and started removing the old shingles right on time. Our roof is fairly large, but the crew stayed organized and completed the reroofing the same day. They also took care to protect the landscaping and outdoor areas with tarps while the roofing work was being done. The cleanup was one of the best parts. They were very thorough and left the patio and surrounding area looking spotless. The whole roofing team clearly knew what they were doing, and their speed, communication, and workmanship really stood out.

Maximus and Dustin made us feel like valued customers from start to finish. We needed a full roof replacement and decided to add new gutters with gutter guards, and the whole process was smooth and easy. Maximus was honest, easy to talk to, and treated our roofing concerns like they really mattered. Pricing was fair, the workmanship was solid, and we felt we got real value for the money. Lake Michigan Roofing Pro also handled a gutter replacement for my mom’s house, and that job went just as well. The crew was very responsive, stayed on schedule, and finished even faster than expected. They explained the roofing and gutter work clearly, kept the area clean, and made everything stress free. If you are comparing roofers, this is definitely a company worth calling.
