Haven't used their services yet so I cannot comment on that. Just wanted to give Troy a shout out. I got a door-knock sales pitch which I usually dread but Troy did a great job of giving a quick rep of the company & service he knew we needed, and wasn't pushy or annoying. We'll definitely get a quote when we're ready to move forward
Honestly I was dreading living through a complete interior painting job. It was so well and my husband and I are so impressed. Real professionals....excellent job. Have recommended to others. Other perks...no blaring music or cell phones ringing. Highly recommend.
Horrible experience with every aspect of my project. They are suppose to be the experts, Installed the wrong frame and insist it was the only way possible. This is contrary to the window manufacturer’s information, other contractors and examples of two thirds of the homes in the neighborhood with similar work.
Landmark Exteriors replaced all our windows and sliders last month. An extremely good experience. Taylor found exactly what we wanted and needed explaining everything. Wonderfully surprised how great the quality is. So happy, nice and quiet inside. Nice and cool inside despite the over 100 degree temps these past weeks. Mike and his team did a great job installing beautifully and well sealed. Quick, clean, so professional and polite. VERY AFFORDABLE. Thank you Taylor!
Windows replacement entire home, 10 windows 2 sliding doors. Installed August/September 2019. First rain two large windows leek. Called Taylor and his first reaction was it was my roof. I sent pictures showing it wasn’t a roof, and our damaged dry wall. He finally sent his Lead Installation guy Mike. Mike is awesome, he recaulked the windows. Now 2023, five windows leak. Called the business, left messages never returned calls. Mike had given me his personal number, he returned my call the next day. He came with a crew when we had a dry day and re-caulked all five windows. A few days later it rains again and one of the windows just re-caulked leaked again. Left a message for Mike again never heard back from him. I certainly don’t blame him, he was very helpful and came to help on his own time and money. Taylor was very friendly until his work became faulty, then he was extremely rude. I’m going to reach out to Millgard but I don’t expect much help. Seventeen Thousand dollars and windows that are faulty in less than three years. Mike did say these problems can happen when you live by the salty water. We live on the Delta, it’s not salt water. So I guess it’s buyer be ware. I originally posted on FB days after our installation praising this company. Oh do I regret that. I would have rated a zero, but Mike was so helpful. So I gave it a 1.
