I have been fighting an ice dam for 4 years that has been letting water intrusion into the house and finally threw in the towel when it beat back all of my own measures to resolve. Called this company and they were able to have someone come by the next day to take a look at the intrusion and then look at the dam and isolate how it was propagating. Quoted me a job that seemed fair and were able to schedule for a week out to come for the remediation work. Extremely quick to notify me when another job went longer so they could reschedule me for the following morning. Folks were courteous when setting up and appear to have done an excellent job.
