We recently hired Mastercraft Roofing for a full reroof using CertainTeed Presidential shingles, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Throughout the entire process, communication was good. Lorenzo truly went above and beyond for us. He was always available to answer questions and address any concerns. He also handled all of our feedback regarding the county inspection flawlessly. Mastercraft took care of installing the soffit eaves and helped us properly address our attic circulation and ventilation. Just got my roof replaced, and I couldn't be happier with the results! A big thank you to Master Craft Roofing, especially William and Felip. They made the entire process smooth, kept the work required on my end to a minimum, and ensured everything was completed to a very high standard. I love the new roof, the new gutters, and the solar panel reinstallation. The entire replacement was completed in just three days, and the crew was professional, courteous, and hardworking. They kept the job site clean and tidy throughout the project. William visited the site every day, keeping me informed about the progress and any issues that came up. His communication and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. The overall service was outstanding. One thing to note is that working through the insurance process can take some time, but that's expected. I'm extremely satisfied with my recent roof replacement I've had. William and Phillip of Master Craft Roofing who were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. They are extremely honest and helped me with my homeowners insurance claim. The workers who replaced my roof were very courteous and addressed all of my concerns. The work was completed as promised and on time. I would recommend anyone who is considering a roof replacement to contact them. They say if you want something done right you need to do it yourself. Master Craft roofing team was amazing! The company has outstanding service and workmanship. Their crew was hardworking, efficient and professional especially Billy (William). Billy was very organized, did exactly what he said he was going to do, followed-up with my insurance company many times to help with the cost coverages and overall a very positive person to work with. Master Craft Roofing handled all the permits and final inspection, skylight installation and gutter installation with ease. I had two houses with roofing issues that Master Craft Roofing replaced the entire roofs on. Billy and Felipe worked on both. "Team Billy" at Master Craft Roofing did quick and efficient work even in the rain. I would recommend them to everyone. Love my new roof!
