McGraw and Sons Roofing is a good contractor for roofing repairs, reroofs, etc. Rudy explained every single tiny detail, from estimate, to work in progress, to final completion (he insisted I don't provide review until we got final City Inspection completed, which to me, is very honest, as he doesn't want me to rely on his words, but to rely on the proper authority, which is the city inspection). I would say that he's a bit pricey, but he didn't hide that, he provided this disclaimer at the get go, very honest. The best part, he gave us options, explaining costs and possible outcomes for each, which helped us decide how and which option we wanted to go with. Overall, good contractor. He gained our trust. THANK YOU AGAIN RUDY!!!!!!!!! YOU DA BOMB!! A JOB WELL DONE.
Somebody needs to teach Rudy how to properly talk to customers with respect. Not sure what his problem was but treated me as if I was a joke and didn’t take me serious when we exchanged information. Would not recommend this specific company to anyone unless you want to judged and treated with disrespect.

What I really appreciated was how detailed he was in explaining the problems with my roof and walking me through the solutions, always asking for my opinion. His pricing was also very reliable, and the work was done fast. If you need a roofer who is reliable, explains things well, and works quickly, Rudy is your guy!
Had hired Rudy to fix few Dryrot issues observed in home inspection report. Rudy and his team did a great job and work is top notch. It is humbling to see how Rudy is working hard at his age and is also so affable and forthright in explaining the work involved and the steps one have to take to fix. He provides before and after pics of work done as well. I had noticed a wood crack which wasn’t there before and he had it replaced as part of the gig in addition to ensure no future issues. Overall, it has been a pleasure to have crossed paths and worked with Rudy. He and his son Israel will be my go to for the coming years. All the best Rudy!
