After speaking with several different roofing companies, I decided on Rudy McGraw and Sons to do the work. I was impressed with Rudy’s honesty, the respect he showed towards myself and his willingness to answer my questions. The estimate I received from Rudy was a fair price. Once the work was started, they found significant damage that needed to be repaired. The additional work was thoroughly explained and was fixed properly. I am glad they were so thorough in their inspection and found all the damage that required repair. As far as the workmanship, I am very pleased and very thankful I chose this company. The crew showed up on time, cleaned up every day, paid attention to details and worked very hard to get my roof done. They along with Rudy did a Great Job!!!
McGraw and Sons Roofing is a good contractor for roofing repairs, reroofs, etc. Rudy explained every single tiny detail, from estimate, to work in progress, to final completion (he insisted I don't provide review until we got final City Inspection completed, which to me, is very honest, as he doesn't want me to rely on his words, but to rely on the proper authority, which is the city inspection). I would say that he's a bit pricey, but he didn't hide that, he provided this disclaimer at the get go, very honest. The best part, he gave us options, explaining costs and possible outcomes for each, which helped us decide how and which option we wanted to go with. Overall, good contractor. He gained our trust. We needed a new roof and Rudy and his team were excellent in the work quality. Reasonable pricing, and always respond in real time. Happy with the work done . Would recommend
Somebody needs to teach Rudy how to properly talk to customers with respect. Not sure what his problem was but treated me as if I was a joke and didn’t take me serious when we exchanged information. Would not recommend this specific company to anyone unless you want to judged and treated with disrespect.
Great experience with Rudy for my roofing needs! He did an excellent job. What I really appreciated was how detailed he was in explaining the problems with my roof and walking me through the solutions, always asking for my opinion. His pricing was also very reliable, and the work was done fast. If you need a roofer who is reliable, explains things well, and works quickly, Rudy is your guy!
