My old roof had storm wear and age-related damage, so I needed a full roof replacement. The roofing team inspected everything and explained that fast repairs were needed to help stop leaks and prevent more water damage. They sent someone up right away to do a temporary roof repair, and the price was fair. That amount was later credited toward the new roof installation, which I really appreciated. During the inspection, they also found moisture damage in part of the siding near the roofline. They repaired that area as part of the project and replaced the roof with quality workmanship. They also upgraded the flashing to current code standards so the problem would not come back. The whole roofing process was smooth, the crew was easy to work with, and communication stayed clear from start to finish. The finished roof looks excellent, passed inspection, and the property was cleaned up very well after the job. Overall, it was a professional and dependable roofing experience with a hardworking team.
The metal roof on our home had been installed poorly before we moved in. Mid Peninsula roofing was a remarkably good experience. We have a very steep pitch (15/12) roof that is also complex with 6 dormers and other complications. They erected scaffolding around the house and proceeded methodically and competently in the tear off and re roof process while adding roof venting. We also had them install 15 Enphase PV panels which is a choice that we are happy with. Superb workmanship and a great result. Very pleased!
They installed our original slate roof and it's beautiful. But, we've been trying get them to make some repairs for over 6 months now. They repeatedly say they will get back to schedule something but never do. I would think they would want to keep their customers happy. Not responsive and unprofessional.
My roof & solar panels were installed 4 years ago. As of August 2022, the inverter stopped, but my PGE bill continued to show $10.00 a month. At True-Up, I was shocked to be charged $1,900+ instead of receiving my normal $200 return. I contacted the original person who sold me this package to fix this (in 4th year of 10 year warranty. He’s dropped the ball. It’s now over 3 weeks of almost daily phone calls which haven’t been returned at this writing.
