I had Mike McCurdy Roofing install my new roof on my home in Redwood City near downtown and the Redwood City Caltrain Station, not far from Redwood City Courthouse Square, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the first meeting, Mike and his crew were incredibly professional and organized. They showed up on time, communicated clearly about the scope of work, and ran the entire project efficiently. The crew worked hard, respected my property, and it was obvious they take real pride in their craftsmanship. The quality of the installation is excellent and the finished roof looks fantastic. One thing that really stood out to me is that Mike McCurdy Roofing is CertainTeed certified, which means they are qualified to install CertainTeed roofing systems and can offer extended manufacturer warranty protection that most contractors can’t provide. That gave me a lot of confidence knowing the roof is installed to manufacturer standards and backed by additional warranty coverage. They also did a thorough cleanup when the job was finished, leaving the property looking great. Mike S. showed up right on time for the inspection and was very professional from the start. He checked the skylights inside my home first, then went up on the roof to take a closer look. He clearly explained what needed to be repaired, what was rusted, and what needed to be replaced. His price was fair, and scheduling the work was easy. On the day of the job, the crew arrived on time and finished everything as promised. The work looks great, and you can tell it was done right. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work. More than five stars if I could give that.

Where do I start? .. AMAZING company, ALL of them!! I found them in yelp, called and spoke to a really sweet and friendly Amber that always sound so happy and ready to help. She scheduled appointment for the review of roof repair and skylight within few days. I truly appreciate that throughout the process, she always available to help and answer any questions, always prompt and efficient in emails communication too. This company is so lucky to find a great front person!! Then Wayne came, climbed up the roof, reviewed so thoroughly, took photos and measurements and emailed the estimate the very next day! Another very efficient person!! We scheduled for the day before thanksgiving and unfortunately the “work” couldn’t be completed, as start time was midday. The access to the roof is not the easiest, up few flight of stairs plus climbing up ladder. Wayne and David were very careful with moving the equipments, roof stuff and tools, not to damage our newly renovated home. An minor mishap happened, causing a hose bib on the deck to break and Wayne was so concerned, even more than me! He quickly called for the plumber, which only able to come the following morning. Regardless the inconvenience to us, the company took care of all the expenses to repair the issue, which ended up being quite expensive. David and another polite, careful crew, Miguel came early the next day to finish up the work but of course we couldn’t rush drying time of sealants. So even after working all day on our roof and light-well, they had to return another day to complete the work for few hours, and leave our roof all clean, repaired and skylight ready. The most impressive part, beside them hauling up all the heavy stuff and tools up the roof, is that David had to climb out a bathroom window to refinish our narrow light-well roof. Our neighbor’s house is fully demolished and the drop from the light-well will be over two story. He did such a great job, in that narrow space, without fear! Last but not least, the pricing is so super reasonable, almost cheap for their effort. They definitely put customers first, in all aspect and I will hire them again at a heartbeat for any future roof repair or replacement.
