Mill Valley Roofing

After finding company: Mill Valley Roofing online and seeing so many strong reviews, i decided to call about a metal roofing project for my home in Mill Valley. i spoke with Miguel, and from the first conversation he was friendly, clear, and very knowledgeable about roofing options. He explained the standing seam metal roof process in simple terms, went over the estimate, and made it clear that customer satisfaction and long-term roof protection were a big priority. A roofing inspection and estimate were scheduled right away, and the whole process moved smoothly. After going over a few small details, i felt confident choosing a standing seam metal roof. When the crew arrived, Miguel and the team got started early, stayed organized, and kept the job site clean. They answered my questions, explained the steps of the install, and made sure i was comfortable with everything from materials to timing. It was easy to see the crew had real skill and took pride in their roofing work. The finished metal roof looks excellent, and the workmanship is easy to notice. The flashing, panels, and overall installation were done with care, and the roof added both protection and curb appeal to the home. The whole experience felt professional, honest, and stress free. They truly earned a 5 star review from me.

I reached out to three roofing contractors after buying a property. The roof needed a full tear-off, updated attic venting, and removal of an old unused chimney stack. miguel came to the house, inspected everything carefully, explained the roofing scope in simple terms, and answered all of my questions. I chose this company because the warranty coverage was strong and the customer service felt reliable from the start. When the job day had to be adjusted because of rain, the crew returned right away and completed the whole roofing project quickly before more wet weather moved in. miguel and the crew worked fast, stayed organized, and handled the tear-off, cleanup, and installation very well. When I called to check on the reschedule, i found out the work had already been completed. miguel then walked me through the finished job, and i was really impressed with how clean and sharp the new roof looked. After some strong rain, the roof performed perfectly with no leaks at all. The workmanship, communication, and overall value were excellent. They may not be the lowest-priced roofer, but the quality of the roofing work, warranty, and service make it worth it. I would definitely recommend them to friends and would gladly hire them again.

A neighbor recommended a local roofing contractor to me, so i called to set up an appointment and met with Miguel for an estimate. From the start, miguel was very friendly and explained the whole roofing process in simple terms. I asked about some chimney flashing damage, and he pointed me in the right direction for that repair too, which made everything easy and stress free. The price for the roof work was fair, and looking back, it was a great value considering how smoothly the whole job went. When the roofing crew arrived to install the new architectural shingles and gutter guards, they were polite, skilled, and very professional. someone stayed on the ground the whole time cleaning up nails and debris, which i really appreciated. The installation took a little over a day, and we did not have a single problem. The new roof looks great, improves curb appeal, and feels like a solid upgrade for our home in Mill Valley. If i had known a roofing project could be this easy, i would have done it sooner.

We had an excellent experience with Miguel and his roofing crew. I first reached out about a leak that was showing up in the bathroom ceiling, and Miguel responded quickly and clearly. After the roof inspection, we decided to move forward with a full roof replacement for the house and attached garage, and also swapped out two older skylights for new solar skylights. The ceiling leak repair was handled very well too. Miguel was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and took time to explain the roofing work that was needed. Any additional repairs found during the project were discussed honestly and priced fairly. The crew arrived on time each day, worked hard, and stayed professional throughout the whole job. They completed everything efficiently, even while dealing with some rain, and cleaned up the property thoroughly when the work was done. Our new roof looks beautiful, and we are very happy with the quality of the workmanship. If you need roofing repairs, leak repair, skylight replacement, or a full new roof, I would definitely recommend this team.

My roof replacement from cedar shake to composition roofing is finished, and I am very happy with how it turned out. Miguel, the sales and account manager, gave me a solid bid and explained the scope of work clearly from the start. Miguel also kept the project moving with helpful updates, and the roofing crew did excellent work from tear-off to installation. The team worked efficiently and stayed organized, even with a little rain during the job. At the end of each day, they made sure the roof was properly covered and protected so there were no leaks or issues. The whole roofing project took about five days, which was right in line with what I was told. Cleanup was thorough, and there was no damage to the house or yard. The crew was careful, professional, and respectful of the property the entire time. I also appreciated how smooth the communication was throughout the project in Mill Valley. I compared several roofing estimates before choosing this company, and I am very glad I did. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement or new composition roof installation.
