In 2022 we completed a full renovation of our 1971 ranch-style home with Millennial Development Inc. Our home had never been updated, and we hired Richard and his team at the recommendation of our architect for: removing three interior walls, removing a fireplace, adding two windows, completely relocating the kitchen from the center of the house to the side, and creating a new enclosed entryway. From the start, Richard was great! We were working within a modest budget for a project of this scale, and his willingness to prioritize and find genuine efficiencies was invaluable. Richard used his extensive background as a former inspector to ensure everything was done to a high standard which even 4 years later we are finding has stood up to the wear and tare of a family of 5 including 2 high energy boys. That expertise really showed during our inspections. In a standout moment, the Novato city inspector actually asked to take a photo of some of their work. She mentioned it was one of the only times she had seen a particular segment done correctly the first time and wanted to use the photo as an example to show other builders "what right looks like." I highly recommend Richard, Liam and Millennial Development Inc. They turned our outdated 70s ranch into a beautiful, modern space while staying mindful of our budget.

Richard and team were our GCs for a gut renovation of our 100-year-old home, which was challenging to modernize while working within our existing structure and budget. Millennial is a high quality contractor at a reasonable cost. Our house turned out beautifully. While some things inevitably go wrong with a large construction project, Richard is extremely responsive and quick to remedy any issue.

My husband and I worked with Richard at Millennial Development Inc. as our contractor to completely remodel our master bathroom. He and his team did an absolutely phenomenal job with our project. They tore down and moved a wall, repaired subfloor damage and upgraded the lumber beneath the shower pan. They fixed the ventilation for both of our bathrooms, fixed the insulation, and repaired damage. The plumber redid the plumbing in the rest of our house to upgrade from the old galvanized pipes in a very timely manner. They upgraded our electrical sub panel to bring it to code. And Mitch the tile master cut and laid all of the tile himself and was absolutely meticulous! The end result is gorgeous and the space was completely transformed. I cannot say enough good things about this team and would absolutely call them again for a future project!
