Mortensen roofers were efficient and respectful. They showed up on time and finished their work quickly. The work was high quality and helped us install exhaust fans in our bathrooms. The price was reasonable and didn’t break the bank. I would book them again.
From the estimate forward, I found working with the owner, John Mortensen, to be easy and professional. His bid was clearly the best I received. His crew, especially the supervisor, Humberto were skilled, professional, friendly, and helpful. Humberto’s entire attitude was “we will make it right”. The crew thoroughly cleaned the premises at the end of each day. The roof looks great, and the repair work they had to do (replacing a 35 year old roof) was done quickly and, again, professionally. I’m not prone to writing glowing reviews, but I was, quite frankly, thoroughly impressed. Roof replacement is a huge undertaking and intimidating for the owner. I’m quite comfortable recommending John for your roof project. I know this reads too good to be true, but, I assure you, it is true. It hasn’t rained, yet, so I can’t attest to leak prevention, but I’m confident if there is a problem “we will make it right” will be the response.
Mortensen Roofing roofed our house 35 years ago and it still stand strong. That is until a branch came and chipped a cement tile - they were great and helping me procure a new one a tiny bit different than our old one. However, it will do the job! Thank you, Mortensen roofing
