We had a great experience with North American Roofing Inc. We had some previous work done on our roof that unfortunately wasn’t done correctly, so finding a company we could trust was very important to us. North American Roofing Inc. was great from start to finish. They had reasonable prices, their customer service was excellent, and they were willing to work with our schedule. They also gave us helpful recommendations and took the time to explain what would be best for our roof and solar panels. They cleaned our gutters, roof, and solar panels and installed bird spikes and netting to help protect everything from birds and nesting. They did a great job, and we really appreciated how clean they left everything when the work was done. We’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable roofing and solar panel services!
Ivan was amazing to work with from start to finish. I was definitely the type of customer who wanted to know every detail of the project and see everything that was being done. I called Ivan every day..sometimes twice a day, because I was nervous and wanted to make sure everything was done correctly. No matter how many questions I had, Ivan was always patient, professional, and reassuring. He constantly reminded me not to worry and took the time to explain every step of the process. I had a strict deadline for replacing my entire roof, and Ivan and his team not only met that deadline but exceeded my expectations. What really stood out was how much Ivan genuinely cares about his customers. He even took the time to sit down with my mom and me under our palm trees and explain how roofing works, making sure we understood everything. That level of customer service is rare these days. Ivan is truly a delightful person and someone you can trust. I am so grateful I found him. He is the only roofer I will ever call, and I will confidently recommend him and his company to all of my family and friends. If you’re reading this and looking for a roofing company, stop searching and call Ivan. He went above and beyond in every way, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
The guys Ivan. Gustavo and Eric were excellent in communicating the process. They were professional in their presentation and by the way their team worked with exceptional detail was a pleasure to see them get the project together. The pricing was more reasonable than 5 other contractors and they took care of the wood rot as well as the compromised Fascia boards. We are extremely happy with their output and attention to detail. Highly recommend
We received an estimate from Ivan and Gustavo. They were both great and made our decision easy. My wife and I are extremely pleased with our new roof and gutters. They went above and beyond what we expected. The entire crew were very professional and courteous. They even painted areas of wood that were replaced. I can not recommend this company enough.
We recently had our roof replaced by Ivan and his team at N. American Roofing a few weeks ago, and they did a wonderful job! Ivan was very helpful, reliable, and professional throughout the whole process. He was able to give us a reasonable quote compared to many of the other roofers in this area. The crew worked diligently to complete the project in 4 days, and they clean the area up nicely after each day. We would highly recommend Ivan and his team to anyone in need of any roofing.
