Our 30 yr old asphalt shingle roof, gutters and downspouts were replaced. The job also included removing and reinstalling solar panels and painting the new gutters and downspouts. We chose NC Roofing Solution/Walnut Creek because of recommendations and Ariel Almong, project mgr, was so thorough in explaining the quality of the asphalt shingles and installation/layers process. He kept us informed at every step of the job and frequently visited the site. The cost was reasonable. Talked to Joseph and was able to help us get set up in less than two weeks. It was really helpful seeing diagrams of the layers that go into roofing and having samples of the material that was going to be used. Once we were booked, they started the job on Tuesday and finished Thursday. It was worth the investment in getting a new roof with warranty. They added new vents and a water drain canal that connects to our gutter. Highly recommended!!
Our new roof looks better then we anticipated. It really turned out beautifully, not to brag but we have the nicest roof on the street. Top notch craftsmanship. The team worked efficiently and completed the job in a timely manner. That said, there were unexpected costs that significantly impacted our budget but I definitely would recommend this company for their skills!
We needed to replace a 30 year old roof on the house we just purchased as soon as possible. We worked with Niv to get a quote for a full roof replacement and metal roof — he was very friendly and professional, and we went with NC due to this and good reviews, plus the quote was better than the other one we got. Pablo was our project manager once we got started, and again was friendly, professional, and was awesome about communication and keeping us updated. We ended up getting an insurance cancellation notice after already committing to getting the roof, but were worried that the roof might not be done in time. Pablo was really great about staying in contact with me regularly for timeline updates and helping to push up the schedule for us — and still made sure we got the custom blue color that we really wanted. The metal roofing team led by Ivan was also excellent and I can’t imagine a better roofing team to work with. Everyone was professional, friendly, did great work, communicated well, and again the total cost was less than another company we looked at. They also cleaned up really well after the roof tear off, and every day on the job site (I’ve seen this not happen with other roofers in the community).

We were on a tight deadline due to our homeowner’s insurance requirements, and with all the heavy rain in February, we were genuinely concerned we wouldn’t meet it. We shared our concerns with Ido, and he truly listened. He worked his magic to fit our project into the schedule and even brought in additional crews on the first day to keep things on track. As a result, the entire job was completed in just two days. The crew was efficient, organized, and left the site clean. We’re very happy with the results and would highly recommend NC Roofing Solution to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive roofing company.
