Neighborhood Roofing Company provides roofing services to the San Mateo area on the SF Peninsula. The company maintains a 5-star rating based on customer reviews.
I first noticed Neighborhood Roofing Co., Inc. (NHR) when they replaced my neighbor's roof. NHR did such a fantastic job that I began investigating roofing options in Ann Arbor, MI for my own 25-year old roof. I'm happy to say that NHR most impressed me in my research as well. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable with 50+ years in roofing business, comprehensive, patient in answering all of my detailed questions, communicative, and affordable with very competitive rates. I will highly recommend NHR to all my family, friends, and colleagues!
For me it was easy to give Neighborhood Roofing a 5-star rating. Signing up for a replacement roof in the early part of summer and expecting the work to start almost immediately was asking a lot, but they were able to accomplish it and were able to work me in. On pricing they were competitive with the other quotes that I had gotten. On communication they were outstanding. From the front office to the installers everything went smoothly. I expected great service and I got it.
We got 4 bids, so even though they were the highest bid, I knew I needed a highly reputable company to do this job. Could not have picked a better company to replace our roof! The entire process from start to finish was flawless. Needed to replace almost the entire decking due to mold in the attic. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They made sure the attic had proper ventilation, so the mold would not return. Brian in sales, Keith the project manager, Alex and his crew, and the office staff all did a great job. They made the financing easy, which was another bonus. I knew this job was not going to be easy due to the way the roof was built. Many different pitches, gullies and angles, so I needed a company that could do the job well. Alex’s team did an amazing job! They also made sure that previous holes covered by mesh from the animal control company were properly sealed. Very happy with the entire experience and the roof looks great! Highly recommend! Thank you!
I was apprehensive about finding a company that would handle my minor roof repair. As soon as I called Neighborhood Roofing my concerns were alleviated. They were very nice and helpful on the phone. The repair itself went great and was done in a timely manner. If you have a roofing issue, even a smaller one Neighborhood Roofing is the place to go.
Skilled, experienced professionals from start to finish. Bid was competitive, and materials arrived on time. An outstanding team led by Ben Boyce (Project Mgr) and Alex Torres (Crew Supervisor) worked diligently in 90+ degree heat and got it all done in a day. Regular communication, fidelity to the schedule, thorough clean-up post construction. Truly exceeded all my expectations.
