Luis and his team did an amazing work on my house: efficient, fast, neat, and with minimal disturbance to us. They were respectful, considered all my requests, and even went beyond, by fixing a flashing on the roof. The price was affordable, and the quality surpassed the price. Plus, Noble Construction staff answered all my questions and responded quickly to my calls. I will, definitely, consider using this company in the future.
Stay away from this place. I got several quote for a repair needed at my house. They were almost 5 times the amount as other quotes. Day 1 no show for the estimate, Day 2 late by hours for the estimate. You have been warned.
I had a dire situation: In the middle of a heavy rainy season in January 2019, my tenants informed me that water was dripping from their ceiling, right below a roof deck. I had reached out to a half dozen contractors via Yelp and from private referrals. Nobel Construction was one of the first to call back and Lana couldn't have been nicer on the phone. Igor, the owner, came out the very next day to have a look and had a crew on site the following day to take down sheetrock and diagnose the issue. By the third day, in a narrow window between the rain clouds, he had the deck sealed and a new drain installed. Since then the leak was gone, despite heavy rains for several weeks after. This was a situation where I needed urgent attention–ripe conditions for being taken advantage of–but Nobel was professional through and through, Igor is a veteran of his craft, knew what to do, showed up as promised and delivered high quality work executed expediently. Highly recommended.
