I needed a new roof so I called North City Roofing. I met with Rudy who was very knowledgeable and very respectful and listened to my needs. In short amount of time Rudy was able to give a fair and reasonable quote. After a few days we began the process and throughout the whole time Rudy updated me through the process even though I wasn’t present. After a short amount of time my roof is brand new and Rudy and his team did an excellent job. I would recommend Rudy and North City Roofing.
This review has been long overdue, but I finally wanted to share how great our experience was with North City Roofing. We had a leak that another roofer tried to fix two years ago and it never fully got resolved, so we reached out to a few companies, but after talking to Rudy, his knowledge and the way he broke everything down made it an easy choice. His team did a super thorough job and kept us in the loop the whole time with great communication. Really glad we went with them, Rudy and his crew definitely made the right call for us.
We had some pretty serious water damage from a roof leak, and as the weather started getting warmer, we began noticing mold concerns as well. North City roofing was great throughout the entire process. They kept us updated every step of the way, explained what they found, and made sure we understood our options. One thing that really stood out was their communication. They provided drone images and videos of the roof, which helped us actually see the problem for ourselves instead of just taking someone’s word for it. The crew was professional, responsive, and thorough, and they worked quickly to address the damage before it got worse. We’re very happy with the work they did and the transparency they showed throughout the project. I would highly recommend North City Roofing to anyone dealing with roof leaks, water damage, or mold-related roofing issues. Great job👏
I recently had my roof maintenance work done by North City Roofing. I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Rudy was super easy to work with and always answered my questions in very detailed and patient manner. The team was punctual, courteous, and get the job done efficiently. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations, and the cleanup afterward was spotless.
